Also after further searching, I found a very close similarity between the woman in the picture known as "Winter Belle" and "Camilla Belle". They have almost the same facial features. As well as the same hair texture. So, without further observations and keeping my posts limited, I would say this woman is Camilla Belle. That's my best Conclusion.

@RumpusRage It was a nice description, but I wanted to offer my two cents. As a visual artist I am always critical of what I see =). For instance, she does not appear cold to me; in fact, her skin appears to be dominated by warm colors and is flush. There is no cool atmospheric perspective and no movement in her hair to suggest wind blowing through it. Additionally, the wideness of her eyelids suggests focused concentration, rather than calm contemplation. Once again, just my two cents =)
