I think it depends on the venue,security, and the number of fans there. I've seen pics from San Diego that show him hugging his fans and signing autographs. It's so great to see how much he loves and appreciates his fans. I'm sure their main concern for him is his safety. :)

Aw he looks like he's behind bars. Those poor fans. They couldn't get a hug or a picture with him. Well, I couldn't either and there weren't bars like that. He just wasn't allowed to. :(

One thing I like about Archie is that he is very nice to his fans. He tries to sign and autograph as much as he can. That is another reason I love Archie.

It's very different in san diego were there is no rails. maybe their bodyguards are tired.

No. that's just the way the set up is. they didn't have any rails or anything for a line so they just came up to the gate

i'm a little relieved actually. fans can get pretty grabby. and hes so tiny- they dont want him to get hurt.
