Unbelievable. I don't know how it came out so well. I've spent 10 years out of my 40 of adult life driving a taxi in different cities all around the US to supplement my income in between jobs & while pursing a degree or going through primal therapy. I've loved it, as I feel I get in touch with the pulse of humanity, to connect with the heart of the city or community, & to be of service. So this especially appealed to me. I'D have paid to have had a "fare" like this one! Scout's the best.
How cool to see she was playing in the black cab driving in Bristol. Wish I could have heard her as I was walking along. Bring another session to Bristol.
This is great. She's wonderful. Listen to "Peoria Lunchbox Blues" by Songs: Ohia if you like this. She does the vocals for that song, and I think it's the most beautiful she's ever sounded; she just belts it out.
> She needs to go home and listen to her White Stripes albums some more.
Why? Meg is a god-awful drummer and Jack White, once his learned elaboration licks had been depleted, was reduced to producing tracks of elderly women covering Amy Winehouse songs.
Yeah. Whites Stripes. Leaders in innovation, they.
i met her backstage at a daniel johnston gig in manchester when she was supporting him (and also playing alongside him). she was the epitome of cool, though i don't think she liked me!
chick looks like Jeff Tweedy, but I think he wouldn't mind at all

This world is too noisy. It drowns out talent with production and no soul.

This song is pretty damn cool. Great the way certain songs just connect. Love the Scout. Doing her own thing and connecting. Well done.
