I actually didn't like the Snow White version of this scene, because it totally contradicted the Awakening where it's shown that Snow White was already captured on her pillar.
Regardless if it was Alice or Snow White being seen at the end of this scene, I did enjoy the amount of information given. I always thought that the choice giving Alice as a Princess of Heart was a Japanese culture decision because I thought Alice in Wonderland was far more popular there than in the US.
Yeah, this is the scene I got. My brother Gabriel watched this scene when I got it. I did actually do Wonderland before the Deep Jungle, but I knew that Alice was going to get kidnapped, and when she did, I just assumed that was it. So I went on the the next world.
Gabriel then made a comment about this scene when he got to it, because it showed Alice on his. I then told him about the thing, because I had read about it on the Internet a few days before.
I wonder why Ariel isn't considered a Princess of Heart. I know it would be tricky to keep her healthy outside of water, but still, it's freakin' Ariel!
@goodyatheart Ariel was originally going to be a Princess of Heart. In order to do that, the story of Ursula giving her legs would have to be done. By the time they realized that it was too late in production so they picked Alice.
I said this elsewhere, but Snow White's appearance should've been kept here instead of Alice's. We already KNOW that Alice gets kidnapped on the Wonderland level.
Seeing Snow White here shows us that OTHERS are being kidnapped too, and it makes it feel like the villains are progressing at a faster rate. Plus, it let's you imagine the upcoming conversation between Snow White and Maleficent / Jafar / Ursula / Oogie!
You know, the whole concept of Snow White being recently captured really puts a stamp in the KH series now that we've seen Snow in the trailers for the new PSP version taking place 10 years prior to KH, as she appears to be the same age, dun dun duun.

@JanFrenchyMarty
The Snow White version is noncanon, so it doesn't really matter.

@graywolf7 Still pretty cool they did that, I was pretty happy to see Alice in that role

@graywolf7 Actually, I don't see how Ariel could be a Princess of Heart. She defies her father all the time.
I'm sure defiance is an act of darkness :P
