There isn't a lot of info on golfer's elbow so thanks for the demo. I do have a question for you. Early in the video you stated you will start with her in the flexed position. Her elbow was in extension not flexed, were you implying that her muscles were flexed (contracted)? One more thing, where can I buy Rock Tape?
