Rick Perry is not a very articulate guy, nor smart. Bush is a better speaker than perry, look at the 2000 campaign against Mccaine. Even during his presidency bush spoke very well on a couple of occasions. I think bush had a drinking problem. What's Rick Perry's excuse. Even during Bush's presidency he had a open discussions with a few people and he was criticized for the wiretapping and responded back with no apologies. Let's see if Obama can do the same, without a teleprompter.
