  • Aileen Wuornos / Kermit the Frog

  • I really wanted to watch part 2 of this but decided that I could not put myself though any more umms... It is SO annoying! Please work on your speech lady, your clips would be so much better with better elocution.

  • she repeated the same main points 8 times, this could have been shortened to 5-7min

  • Great info thanx! 4get the negative comments.

  • Thanks. Do you know good sources of b12 for a raw foodist? And are 2 eggs two to three days a week enough for somebody not eating meat?

  • She used more "Um"s then Bill Clinton uses the word "Is". lol

  • @free2rhyme214

I can only guess that you did not hear the positive message she had, but rather simply concentrated on her speech deficiencies. It is annoying and distracting for you to point out such a small thing out.

  • I agree with Zralf. I was actually going to mention it. You said um a distracting amount of times.

  • message recieved, but you should work on your "uhms", it's somewhat distracting.

  • Very nice Video and very informative in regard to basic health information that has been long forgotten or suppressed

Thank you very much and don't listen to the Cranky people making mean comments who are just too chicken to post a video themselves.

  • umm... women should not be educaters, lol

  • psychetruth should remove the word 'truth' and leave 'psyche' and then effoff

  • goodness, stop saying UM too many times. it won't let me hear what you saying,

  • I love you. You have a really beautiful voice but you do say um a lot. Good message btw.

  • um um um

    ummmmmmmmmmm

    umm

  • @bevon17 i noticed that as well. when i had to speak in public i would tape myself and than have to hear it to stop the um um ah ah ah and um

  • she reminds me of Natalie! :)

  • Your pretty hot TY...

  • That was a good talk today...I will certainly be looking at food in a different way now...

  • I like the video, but stop saying "um" when you speak. A good public speaking course would make you aware of this. No disrespect.

  • @rctube1958 are you SERIOUS!! THIS COMMENT IS SUPER LAME!!! HAHAHAAHA!! SHES DID A GREAT JOB! SHES VERY PERSONABLE.. NOT A FREAKING ROBOT! LOL! @ PSYCHETRUTH GREAT JOB! THANKS FOR BEING SO INFORMATIVE!

  • ascorbic acid helps a lot with being sick and a million other things (vitamin C) eat food not garbage, basically nothing in the center of the grocery store!

  • @MrNumberFour hi there, random youtube person. uh you're incorrect. ascorbic acid is not vitamin C. ascorbic acid, is ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is a whole host of bioflavanoids, which you MUST also absorb to have any efficacy from ingesting vitamin C. The body rejects ascorbic acid, and in some cases can cause severe reactions. Always recommend people take pure natural whole food vitamins, not chemically produced vitamins. oh and whole vitamins cannot be separated, like the chemicals.

  • The whole energy chakra thing is ridiculous. Just eat clean and healthy

  • Chakras are energy centres which govern the subtle, psychosomatic aspects of

our inner being. This Sanskrit term means wheel or disk, and when the chakras

are awakened, they turn in a clockwise direction. The chakras open up like

flowers and pour out their qualities re-establishing our inner balance and

restoring our health and form. Of the many chakras within the human body,

seven have been identified as major. Chakras are first mentioned in the Vedas,

    ancient Hindu texts of knowledge.

  • yea ok thanks i g2g now bye!

  • what about amenorrhea caused by sport and nutricion?is there a treatment?

  • Good information! I appreciate the in depth information and discussion of the body processes.

Suggestion: Could be a bit more concise or presented. with some visuals to keep it more interesting -- charts, headlines, graphics, etc - even a power point perhaps. (My guess is that most will not sit through the entire presentation like I did. )

  • Your body makes and uses a vast amount of adensine tri-phosphate constantly from glucose...unless you're not eating any sugars, you're fine.

  • @TingTang1234567 I don't understand your comment. Does that mean humans can consume only processed foods but be able to sustain the body's functions by consuming glucose in order to make ATP? I'm simply trying to figure out if there won't be an energy deficit if humans do as you say.
