  • @TheOpensourceFTW I found POTF by complete accident as well. Best mistake of my life!

  • 11 People are Psychotic so they got they raped the Dislike button for being there.

  • @ScottVrakis I have to admit, as much as I love this band. I do not like this song.

  • I probably have like 500 of this on my Playlist'('s.) Cuz I forget if I added it or not, Nevertheless. I WANT MOAR!

  • One of the best POTF songs.

  • This song only proves that the band can do slow, meaningful songs then do these types that have meaning as well as a faster pace. Kudos, POTF.

  • I FUCKING LOVE THIS SONG. Brandon if see this your an ass.

  • @xXCandy333Xx poonani tsunami!

  • this song rules so much

  • This album is heavier and so much better to bob allong to :P

  • POTF RULE DA HOUSE!!!!

  • they should make more songs like this. They're my fav band and I love all their songs, but I am a bit of a metal head and more would be awesome.

  • @Jamaicobs

If all the songs were like this they'd soon get boring, variety is the spice of life afterall ^-^

  • @Luculencia

I said more, not all 0_0

  • @xXYamiKuraIshtarXx Dont be feeding the trolls

  • @Celithheim Your right.

  • @xXYamiKuraIshtarXx Im bugging you Im sorry this rocks! :3

  • @fresca9990211 Wahaha. No problem. ;)

  • This song is "crazy"

  • Just found this song, and I love it. Gonna have to check this lot out :D

  • Oh I love that song. One of the great things about this band is that they vary their style - ballads like "War", soft, calm stuff like "Sleep" and rockier stuff like this. It's what keeps them interesting; I hope they'll keep trying out new stuff!

  • the chorus' "hey" reminds me of Muse's Uprising.. both amazing songs ;)

  • You know it really bothers me when people go on videos for this song and do nothing but rant about Alan Wake. If you are going to do that, go onto an Alan Wake video, leave the comment section for people who enjoy the band because they enjoy the music, not because they heard them in a video game they happen to enjoy.

  • Best song ever for brainstorming swear to god.

  • Normally this isn't my type of music, but this guy pulls it off so WELL!

  • alan wake!

  • Drug Abuse never sounded more tempting than it does in this song. Love it.

  • 327 people and I will set up a massive violently killing spree to 9 people

  • @elpelaYonoveNtAyDos

congrats, you did _two_ annoying youtube traditions in one:

    - "anyone who doesn't like what I like sucks. Also, I can count!"

    - "327 people who never met me are so totally on my side. And I'm their spokesmen too!"

    Enjoy the illusion of importance.

I think it speaks very much for Poets of the Fall fans that this comment wasn't thumbed up to the top already.

  • @RabiaB wooow!! I still believe the words once Einstein said and he was really sure about it "human stupid things are endless" really...I didn´t put that for making thumbs up or something like that, enjoy it or not, if fine for me, I am not a fucking troll and actually just put if for someone to see that and have some fun. Actually this song fits pretty good with you, what a psicothic freak and I am glad that you know how to count = )

  • @elpelaYonoveNtAyDos

... slinging mis-spelled insults - check! Now if you just post some spam and one of those "post this on 10 other comments", you'll have the complete set. But if you have to drag in Einstein, you could do him the politeness of getting the quote right.

  • @RabiaB think whatever you want, don´t care at all! this is music and if you want to rant about something don´t do it here! thank you, it was a pleasure! I am glad at least you listen to good music = )

  • This is my most favorite song.

Not just my favorite PotF song -- my MOST FAVORITE SONG. I listen to this, I feel like I can do anything.

  • POTF FTW

  • this song define "badass" in a way

  • 9 dislikes? - this shocked me more than people believing in god

  • @Bobbylarsen123 *Flame shield = ACTIVATE*

  • @Bobbylarsen123 I really dig this comment! Quite Refreshing!!

  • Sounds like the Terror Is Reality theme from dead rising 2

  • I like this song.

  • Is it odd that I'm a devout metalhead yet this is my favorite band??

  • @BNSFFREAK747 Not at all. I'm the same way (although this isn't my favorite, just tied for favorite, with Metallica and 5FDP).

  • @BNSFFREAK747 not at all :) i'm pretty much the same

  • ...This song makes me happy.

This is the second song from POTF that I can actually honestly say I like.

I found Carnival of Rust and fell in love, but I was disappointed because none of the others I had heard so far had matched the power.

This one is quite different but I like it too~

  • I love their diversity in music... none of there songs sound the same Its amazing

  • So glad I bought this album.

  • This was the first Poets of the Fall song I ever heard, and still one of my favorites!

  • If Poets were known enough in America, definitely this album will be on the top album chart..along with other poet songs... :)

  • It's funny, because I used to find this song one of the weakest they have done. But now, I can't stop listening to it, I especially love that second verse. POTF do write the best lyrics, the smartest too.

  • He should sing like this in a couple of more songs.

  • This track ROCKS!!!...

    ALAN WAKE!!!!

  • damn that's good music

  • man i love this song

  • dope song!

  • racier than the usual POTF?

  • I FINALLY GOT THIS ALBUM TODAY!!! :D

    Hail from AMERICA!

  • @SilentStormBand And hail to you from Finland <3

  • @AYALMAHAJIR :D

  • ROCK ON POTF!!

  • this is such an interesting, weird, cool song!!! GO POTF

  • i love the way the music and the lyrics just fit in so well,

  • lol wtf is he saying at 1:50 ? Still an awesome song! 5/5*

  • For you it's a different notion, music emotion, a dance of lights, a prosaic ocean, a delicate nearly transparent creation of somebody's

    soul on the screen.

  • lol thanks! what a mouthful.

  • My favorite song from this album next to More, Miss Impossible, Diamonds for Tears, Clevermind, and Save Me. x]

  • You almost said the whole album -.-' xD

  • the beginning sounds really like this marilyn manson song ^^

  • @DaftPunkSweety Damn I was thinking the same thing =P

  • @DaftPunkSweety agree!! i thought of Marilyn at the very beginning

  • Like manson could ever sing like that

  • @DaftPunkSweety The beautifull people if I'm right. Can be mistaken don't listen marlilyn manson that often.

  • @DaftPunkSweety

"Beautiful people", it does, doesn't it?

  • @DaftPunkSweety Reminds me a bit of Rock is Dead.

  • @DaftPunkSweety the beautiful people

  • @DaftPunkSweety what song?

  • @DaftPunkSweety that's what i thought too! it sounds a lot like beautiful people

  • sounds like a marilyn mansons "beatiful ppl"

  • Oh my god, the beginning sounds like a Nickelback song... can't remember which one, I'll think of it, but I love Poets of the Fall, so whatever.

  • Burn It To The Ground :D hahah yea i hear it too :D still awesome :D ahhaha can The Poets EVER write a bad song?

  • :))) gg

  • Only if Finland is the best and it's that because of you. It'd be stupid to state that any country is the best. You may be the best but it's just not enough to make Finland the best. To most people, their own home country is the best, hopefully. If it's not, it's everyone's own job to try to make it better.

  • mate it was joke :O:O:O:O

  • you should give the joke statement.. :)

  • relax brother.. he's just kidding...

nothing worries about it... he already acknowledge it... forgive him.. OK... :)

  • Ok, LOL... I didn't mean it that way, it came out too strong, this is a cool song, though. To me.

  • Oh man, ever since I played Max Payne I've loved Poets of the Fall.

  • yeah.. the same goes to me too... :)

    greetings from another POTF fans...

  • cool!

  • i love these guys and their versitlity! they have a style to fit every mood! Just goes to show you don't have to be main stream or widely know to have true awesome talent!

  • Maybe that's one of the benefits of having your own independent record label. You can do whatever you feel like. Ok, there are possible downsides too, you won't make any money and hardly anyone knows you.

  • *shrugs* most of my fav bands on are indie and they seem to do well enough to keep themselves afloat and put out more albums....i personally think to much fame ruins an artist...becomes more about money and fame then the art...but that's just me.

  • I agree with you. Udeer a big label one could get promoted, get advertzed, and get records to be sold everywhere, but probably also someone to say what the band's fans want. Some may benefit from it (for ex. it's hard to imagine what say Britney would produce without someone making the decisions for her) but it probably kills the imagination of some other performers. Then again, there are lots of artists (previouslty under a big label) that have gone solo, but no-one takes them seriously.

  • I like this song. wasnt sure at first but it's their business if they want to experiment.

  • This song may have a different style from their previous ones but they pulled it off with great success! This is one of my top three favorite songs from their new album!

  • depends what you like. if you like the heavier stuff, then id suggest: lift, fire, gravity, don't mess with me, carnival of rust, locking up the sun and diamonds for tears. if you prefer light stuff, id say: all the way/4U, illusion and dream, roses, stay, seek you out, sleep, dawn, where do we draw the line and king of fools

  • i like this song. what other POTF songs are good?

  • Carnival of Rust- most definately.

  • hell yeah. that and lift and sleep are their best, imo.

  • More, is good also,

  • damn, they know how to make music! Fantastic!!

  • woooo, first comment in a month

  • i totally disagree with anyone who has the audacity to slag this song off or anything by POTF. ok, maybe marko goes for a gruffer voice in this song, but its called VARIATION!!! if his voice was the same on every track itd become repetitive- this songs brilliant and unique BECAUSE of the differences to the other song!! moron

  • you are totally right. I do love the two first albums the most. But I still love this album, cus its different. This is a good song.

  • Did you figure that out all by yourself, because your statement sounds rather illogical & you're really only just stating the obvious... Of course it's the "same shit for finnish" because finnish is one of the many GENRES of music. That is what, apparently, POTF changed their genre of music to. It's different for the band itself, obviously, but not for the genre, naturally, iteslf. That's pretty much self-explanatory... Like I said, your statement was illogical & rather a state of the obvious.

  • @AlexCartlidge I agree

  • @AlexCartlidge marko's gruff voice is awesome, ptof is awesome!! lol i seriously love these guys

  • @AlexCartlidge exactly, we call the term for sounding the same "nicklebacking"

  • @fatonabs xD i laughed my ass off at that one

  • PSYCHOSIS! :D

  • i think this song is really good...especailly since im using it for a school project

  • Yes, 13 year olds usually have refined taste of music.

  • This is One track. There is no problem with disliking one song from a band, but you do not have to bash Poets of the Fall for doing something different. You still have all the other songs you like from them. Now, hush.

  • Again, I have to disagree with you. I like both sides of Poets of the Fall because most of what I listen to is metal, so their lighter side is my break from metal, but their harsher sound is also pleasing to my ears because I'm used to much harsher. Yes, it is different from Poets of the Fall's norm.

I am aware that there are other Finnish bands that play their genres better, most of the bands I listen to are Finnish. Poets of the Fall tried something new for them, it's not a big deal.

  • That's your opinion, you are neither right nor wrong. But many people would disagree with you. There are some who like only POTF's old music, some people who like only their new & then those who enjoy both. You sound like an intelligible person but also someone who lacks how to show it. Other people can speak for themselves on the matter, to say that it's not good & they love POTF's old music best is ignorant. You don't have a clue.

  • poets of the fall alwyas comes up with amazing lyrics and good songs. they're one of my favourites :D

  • wow... this band gets some of the best responses.. hmm. well they are a great band.

  • Saw the band live the other week at tammerfest in finland, This song is one of the best they did.

  • This seems way different than any other POTF song I've ever heard. But I love it! xD

My favourite off the new album so far ^__^

  • My favorite song on the new album!

  • OMG, this is ROCK song by POTF...I´m deathly surprised.Amazing one.

  • it DOES happen.

  • They're a rock band. Gravity is a rock song by PotF - at least a noticable one.

  • Tää kyllä on hyvä:D

  • aika vempulan hyvä biisi

  • A damn fine POTF song brilliant

  • FUCKIN AWSOME!

  • hum this song sound like beautiful people -marlin menson.

  • Woooooooooow wooooooooow woooooooooooow! The best line is: For you it's a different notion for music and motion, a dance of lights, a prosaic ocean. Notion part is fucking true

  • wow

this is an amazing song and band

    love the video

  • incredible band...

  • It took me a while to get used to their new style, but than I liked this album a lot
