so is this laser pretty durable and worth the money? i'm looking into a few different lasers for my light show and would like some feed back if possible
Ok...have one for over a month and so far pretty cool. This video looks like it shows the GVRR but the one I have is the GYVR. The violet and red are a little weak compared to the green and yellow. I am a DMX fan and I it is cool to have the ability to call up certain patterns. I do wish it had the ability to control each color. With this model it is all or nothing. There is one pattern that I cannot call up on DMX. It is the single dot beam that moves around. Best bang for the buck!
@ytbbexley Yeah I know what you mean about the DMX not doing one colour. This one is GVYR but when it was shipped one of the mirrors got knocked slightly so it looks more red (as it uses red and green to make yellow) its all fixed now.
Yeah I would say it is very good for the money, it is still working fine although I haven't actually used it that much in a year.

do i need a DMX controller to turn this on and run it? or can I just plug it in, turn it on, and have it go? I am new to all this!

@DJTommyNightowls Yeah it is, DMX is pretty pointless on this laser unless you have a specific pattern you want to call up.
