@abyss1234567890 First, the internet was created in 1990. Two years before ECW (then Eastern Championship Wrestling) was even created. And it wasn't until 1995 where Tazz adopted his gimmick. And Tazz wasn't even the first to use it. Bikers would use the slang long before Tazz even started wrestling. But ask anybody on the internet, and 95% of them will say "For The Win". Why? Because it's a term used almost exclusively by gamers.
