This can actually be fixed easily, just take the disc out and put it back into the xbox, it worked for me and i was finally able to get all 100 ingots

the whole pitt is a mess with bugs I can't even revisit it after I had beaten the end quest, or I can return but it will lag like hell the pitt and mothership zeta is almost the same, those are the 2 most bugged dlc in fallout xP

@daMANdaMYTHdaMEDVIN Yeah, I actually fixed the problem, though. Someone told me to restart my game, or save at a point, and re-load the saved game. And it actually worked. I can't remember exactly what I did, but I'm pretty sure it was what I said.

i just got the game a few weeks ago for 360, ya a year or 2 later, but i bought all the dlc except mothership and pitt works fine till i try to get all the ingots. i'm goin for the ones on the very top of the tower but the floor disapears right before the stairs. more than a year later and it's still not 100% fixed wtf

i have the 360 game of the year version and i went to the pitt first time fucking you couldent see shit like peoples heads were missing and if u looked in the dirresction of the sun the game went black but then it froze i restarted and it was fine again but it did freeze again but its only happened twice and ive had this a while so yeah but the company who made this game really fucked people over but dont get me wrong its a great game just that little problems really really gay

the ps3 goty edition has magor probalems long loadning times my game freezes nearly every hour i went back got another disc and that freezes the pitt was really lagg for me and i mean extreme lag took 1 min to walk 1 step

Ahh i know that ^^ You probably tryed to install operation anchorage but have fallout in another language...well at least that was the thing with my game...installed american/english anchorage but have a german fallout 3 version

It was a error with Live, basically sending a corrupted file instead of the good one.

The fixed one is still buggy but is now beatable.
