  • Joining a proper fighting gym would do good on your technique.. wont say anything bad because it's a lot better than sitting at home in front of the computer.. keep it up.

  • lol i have never played WoW in my life but what i am saying is there are always people on youtube saying shit about what people are doing and they shouldnt be because they are putting an effort in to something and people just sit and type on there computer talking shit. yes they do need to work on there technique but they are atleast trying,

  • this is not bagwork, u dont go 100% when u do bagwork thats probably why ur teqniuqe is so poor, becouse u are tired as hell after even 1 min.

    il bet u videotaped to show off or something but ur teqniuqe is poor and becouse of that it takes out your cardio. u drink bear before u train or whats all the burping about ? slow shits down and start doing punches and kicks with perfect teqniuqe the bag is a tool to improve ur fighting skills, doin hard bagwork with mma gloves is not recomended..

  • One thing i noticed is that you are dropping your left hand after almost every combo you throw. Just saying.

  • They are not utilizing the legs and hips when they throw punches. It's all just shoulders--amateurs.

  • Get a set of focus pads and make use of your training partner.  Instead of landing big blows and tightening up, try to keep your hands loose and quick.

  • Good work! I do have one suggestion, try not to bounce your left hand up and down as a smart fight will time it and come right over the top. I train at Ivan Salaverry's gym in Seattle.

  • Never confuse haste with speed. Great workout, but you have to slow down a bit in order to get a better control of your movements and focus on proper technique before you attempt to increase speed. Congratulations.

  • everything seems to be ok. as has been said get on your toes and fully rotate your hip when you throw your roundhouse.

    Work on your lead leg roundhouse kick too. I dont think i saw you throw it once and it is the easiet and quickest block and return tool.

  • Concentrate on your form. Snap the punches from the wrist and the kicks from the hips. If you are hitting the bag right, the bag shouldn't be moving that much (your kicks are fine but lack speed in retreat). Keep your hands up even when retreating (not too high). Don't forget to breath. Remember, punch...Don't push!

  • you would get more power and speed in your kicks if you weren't so flat footed, get on your toes more and maybe do some cardio cause your winded as hell, good work though keep it up.

  • just keep training and you'll keep improving, man. also, it's good to get proper supervision to make sure that your techniques are being done correctly. keep working hard, man!

  • i think and many people would agree that you need to be a lot looser. far to tense. your feet are solid to the ground . bounce around on your feet and your kicks will be faster and alot harder.

  • i think when you go to do a "high" kick, you need to bring your self up higher on your opposite foot, meaning; get up on your toes when performing a high kick ^_~

  • no because that will bring you off balance. you need to strech more to be able to kick higher.

  • in muay thai you do get up on ur toes of ur planted food.

  • try to keep your head in line. you are dropping your head down quite considerably and over time this could damage the natural alignment in your spine as well as adversely affect your behaviour

  • rather lower your weight at the knees and bring your arms up higher to your face thus strengthening arms and leg muscles. Sure if you were in a fight you might wish to hunch. for training purposes keep alignment more stable.

  • hey whats up simsim709? can you elaborate on what you said about keeping your head in line. I tend to drop my chin down a lot and am happy i came across your comment because no ones mention this to me. I'm just wondering how dropping your head can affect your alignment.

  • I thought it looked like LA Fitness. I train on the bags in the LAF here in Miami, Fla. There are signs saying "do not kick heavy bags" but nobody pays attention to them :-)
