What a personality and showmanship. He reminds me of the movie "big fish" when Albert Finney says: "You've got the facts but not the flavor". This man I'm sure was great story teller and would have been a great voice over in Hollywood. Not his calling I guess. Boy ya gotta love him! Rest in Peace Mr. Goodman.

no, both his brothers sam and rusty died several years before howard

Rusty died in 1990 and Sam died 11 months later; if you ever get the DVD "Old Friends" youll see the Happy Goodman Familys last ever performace; compare the Rusty Goodman there to the old videos here; its amazing he even tried to sing at that state.
