  • 一用味精就煑壞食材了!!!!最討厭教人用味精煑菜的頻度,而且­還教人把味精加大火煮,因為味精經高温加熱後會產生致癌物,就算­一定要下味精也該知其用法!正確下味精的時間應在菜剛煑好還未上­碟前,關了火洒一點在菜上炒匀以作提味用。
