  • Time for me to utilize all senses for reaching others! I am an oil painter so I have created a painting that provides a visual of how I feel! I have added music that captures the essence! And I have added the words to readers to assist in comprehending how I feel inside! The title of the video is "CHANGE" and can be viewed at my home page.

  • I live in Germany, and it is unthinkable that someone would make such a speech before such an audience here. Something like this is onl possible in the US. And that is why I love it.

  • The U.S. government has the power and authority to print "United States Notes" and issue them "interest free"! The last "United States Notes" were printed in 1963 by executive order of President Kennedy. After JFK was assassinated, Vice President Linden B. Johnson rescinded the order. The Federal Reserve would have lost it's control over congress and the national debt would have dried up naturally. JFK was murdered to prevent this from happening. Oswald could not have fired the fatal shot.

  • Okay. I may or may not have the answers to my questions.

    1. We could exchange our paper dollars for silver dollars and then shut down the Fed.

    2. We coud stop paying income taxes but in order to pay for our government services we would have to ___________.

  • Government services are paid for with property taxes, roads are paid for with the taxes we pay at the pump, etc.

  • If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom--go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen! Samuel Adams. Get it?

  • brothermikefan, Check out this link. Here you will find a full explanation of what your so called income tax is doing to the destruction of our country.

  • Ha! I just said "Have to volunteer."

  • The right to work and earn a living is a natural right. It is self-evident. But millions of people cant see it. Its right there in plain sight. The exercise of natural rights, are not the legitimate subjects of taxation. There is a fundamental difference between the exercise of a government granted privilege and a natural right. If you pay a tax for the exercise of a natural right, then you are a slave.

  • If we don't pay for our safety and services through income tax how would you suggest?

  • Income tax hasn't been around for all of our country's history, it's relatively recent. To pay for "safety," which I interpret as courts, law enforcement, and army/navy etc. would only be a fraction of what our government currently spends money on, and can easily be covered by more legitimate means of taxation. These are proper roles of government that every citizen should *want* to pay for. But "services"? There's no justification for stealing from one man who earned his wealth to help another.

  • Services include things like trash removal, sewer systems, traffic signs, food and drug inspection, dog catching, and (you get the idea.) So what are these other means of taxation you're referring to?

  • Trash removal? Private corporations run these and we pay taxes on this service! Sewer systems are paid for every month by the people to the city-along with a county tax, traffic signs are paid with gas taxes. Dog catching? Put your dang dog on a leash! You get the idea.

  • You just said all these things are paid for by taxes. What's your point? Should each of us pay to have our garbage removed on a can by can basis? What about the garbage that collects in our town squares? How SHOULD we pay for our sewer systems? Should we all have pay toilets? Should we each pay a traffic light bill to some traffic light company every month? Put our dang dogs on leashes? What about removing the dead ones from our freeways? I'd rather pay a department to handle that.

  • It isn't about not paying taxes. It is about not paying taxes that the law itself does not require you to pay. Hey, if your happy with paying a tax that isn't required by law then by all means go right ahead and pay and just to add more joy to your life, don't file for a refund. The exercise of natural rights are supposed to be "self-evident" and your response demonstrates that you have failed to recognize your own right to sell your labor. w w w . truthattack . o r g

  • I've heard that one before. So what do you suggest? Sales tax? That would infringe on my right to buy things. Seriously. How do we pay for the things that we as a group rely on?

  • Before 1913 there was no Federal Reserve and no income tax. The U.S. treasury was awash in money. Real Money, not paper money that the fed can print up at a whim. So I suggest we listen to Ron Paul and return to a sound monetary policy and fiscal responsibility. There is nothing backing "Federal Reserve Notes" no gold and no silver. So why doesn't the government print "U.S. Notes" and issue them interest free? JFK had the right idea. How much gov. do you want to pay for?

  • Can you please answer my question about how we are supposed to pay for things if we don't collect income taxes?

  • Not one red sent of income taxes collected from the American people goes to pay for gov. services. Google the J. Peter Grace commission report of 1984. The income tax only pays the interest on the national debt created by a bloated federal gov. for the benefit of a private for profit banking cartel. A banking cartel that views us as slaves. The Federal Reserve is NOT a government bank. They create money out of thin air and loan it to the gov. at interest. A FACT that should piss you off.

  • With a computer you can data mine the Internal Revenue Code. In minuets you can find out who is liable for the income tax. Just remember that all taxes imposed by the Code share 3 absolutes.

    1.What is taxed is identified.

2.The amount of tax is given

3.Persons liable for the tax are clearly identified.

There is no such thing as an inferred or implied tax liability. You can down load the Code in searchable PDF format here w w w . truthattack . c o m

  • I totally agree with this protest. What we need in this country are more police and firefighter layoffs, less trash removal, more schools that can't provide things like books, busses, and qualified teachers, and on and on and on. Keep up the good work and maybe we'll see the day when each and every individual can keep their tax money and will be free to fix their own part of a freeway.

  • What is the name of the speaker?

  • And where was he when Bush grew the government to the highest level in history?

  • This guy for president!

  • WE ARE AMERICA!

  • This was a truly GREAT SPEECH and Tea Party. Pass this video on! It captures the Essence of the Tea Party sentiment and purpose!

  • "special interests" are individuals. the problem is not their specialness, it's their interests.

your solution is bound to fail. the real solution is either unimpeachable leaders, or a change in the culture at large.

  • Free speech includes speech you don't like. "Congress shall make NO law"!

If you don't want contributions influencing what favors politicians do for businesses, unions, etc. then DEPRIVE THE POLITICIANS OF THE POWER TO DO FAVORS. As Ayn Rand said, "the complete separation of state and economics, in the same way and for the same reason as separation of church and state."

  • The complete separation of state and economics. Right. I could just see people reaching into their pocket to pay some company each time they want to pull out of their driveway onto a paved road, visit a national park, have their beef inspected, have their trash taken away, or turn on their faucet. There are things that are better to be paid for by a group than by individuals each time they want to use them.

  • Who is the speaker?

  • The best Tea Party speech I've heard so far.
