You are such an amazing guitarist and singer. I play guitar but Im no where close to as good as you. Do you have any tips that may help me improve my picking or anything? It would be greatly appreciated. You are an inspiration.
@takenandinlove although it's kinda frowned upon, i like to anchor my pinky on the guitar. it helps to keep the correct the distance to the strings. (i rarely fingerpick with my pinky because of this, so it's a bit of a downfall, but i think it makes everything else easier) :) good luck!
The most common mistake on this song is the way it is strummed. It is not finger picking style. Watch Paul play here on YouTube live and you will see that he uses ONLY his index finger and thumb while playing. It is an unusual style, but it is the way it is played. You san it well however :-)
It's not really aimed as a criticism my comment. I was just saying its not the same way Paul McCartney plays it. The intervals on the ascending sequence are like a mixture of thirds and diminished fifths, where as you use major and minor thirds. I think you're rendition is quite good actually.

This is possibly my favourite ever song and i think i might just prefer the way you sing it :)
