Why quotes around "commercial?" It's an actual, for-real spot that's gonna be running on the local TV stations...
(Note: I didn't include "clean restrooms" and "comfortable waiting area" because those aren't reasons people visit auto repair places... You want to find ONE thing that's unique, and capitalize on that... Such as "Oil changes for only 11.99...")
