Last year my family drove to South Carolina from Missouri and we passed through Nashville at about ten at night. The second we hit city limits I put this song on repeat on my MP3 Player and made a memory that will be with me forever.
Awesome song! There shouldn't even be a dis-like button for songs like these. Reminds me Of empty scenic highways...Man if GAS prices could just come on down a bit!
@1922Ruby Haha, I agree!! This song in particular makes me wanna run off on a roadtrip - don't hafta know where I'm going, only what I'm gonna listen to til I get there. :D
this was the song that Prez Ronald Reagan used to play when he was campaigning for re-election- the story goes- it's a great song for THE ROAD, whatever your work on it-and Willie as usual is super and superlative josman592India
@THEFLYINGREDNECK I couldn't agree more. :). I was lucky enough to see him at Viking Hall in Bristol, TN and I'll never forget it. Lol. I think my ex and I were the youngest people in there. The rest were long-haired biker guys and their biker chick girlfriends. Haha it was great.
@hunter6763 It was one of the best concerts I'd ever been to! :D. Everyone there was nice as hell and it was unexplainable beingin the presence of such a legend. :)
I just got my license back over a DUI ill be jamming this song for a lil wile.lol smoke more bud

If anyone clicks dislike then Mr Nelson will call Clint Eastwood and hunt em down with a shotgun.

play this as you go on I-35 between Waco and Hillsboro, as a tribute to Willie Nelson, who was born in Abbott.

Why does that picture from 00:25 have a SS sign on it (SchutzStaffe, nazi germany)? Or does it mean something else? Just sayin'! (love the song)
