It's stumbling on mid, smooth idle, strong top end, but just over 3000 rpm, it has a hesitation. Have you changed jets, what works for you? Is a K&N filter a mistake? Seems to run better on stock air filter. Has a Kerker exhaust.

My ivan kit gives me the option to step up to 112(i think?) and do the airbox mod. However this is a bike used for longer road trips so the gas mileage is what i'm looking for. If i were you I would at least go back up to the stock 100's if not just ditch the dyno jet and go get yourself an Ivans.

shutting down the engine with a turbo imediatly after revvin like that.. not a good idea.. you should let it idle and let the turbine stop spining before you cut the iol suply to the turbo! oil is going thru because turbo is worn out because of that kind of treatment.. sorry my english but nice loking bike you got there.. love those turbo projects on bikes.. like the bandit.. but you got to love the 97 GSX-R 750 SRAD right? thtas my favourite =)

Problem was Pitot tube size to charge pipe size. one too big, other too small. Bike's slides would just get blown open and 100% fuel was cut off... It was fixed
Oh oh, smoke. Musta been that turbo. Bandits are so great, wonder why we never see any in the bike stores? A lot of bang for the buck, more comfortable since you don't have to keep bending over to ride, and lots of torgue. My son has one, 05, really nice bike.
I have to ask... just how torquey is that thing? I've got an '08 1250, and that feels like it's got plenty of torque to begin with. I can't even imagine how quick that thing must feel! Awesome bike, I love hearing the spooling sound on something like that...

I think your carbon seal on your turbo is worn out... Either than or your valve seals are shot. You've got an awful lot of smoke coming out. That's a sweet bike though, I bet it will friggin fly when it's done... Probably an R1 or Busa killer. :)
nah, just didnt have a good enough oil return pump. I had a sump system to scavenge turbo oil. Oil just filled up the turbo, and leaked out the bearings. Fixed now with a bigger pump.
Wasn't a vacuum problem at all. Before hand, it was a too small of a pitot tube in too big of a charge pipe. Put in a bigger pitot in a smaller pipe and this is what came of it... much better... Only problem now is that my fuel pump can't keep up. Need an Efi pump rather than a carb pump.
Far be it from me to second guess some of the max suzie guys, but, that seems waaaaay too fuel related (pressure?) to be drawing vacuum from anywhere and causing problems in that mamnner. Sounds phenominal though!!! WOW!! I can't wait for an on the road video when tuning is done.

Nah, it was just the turbo. Too much oil going through it, and the return pump wasn't keeping up. Pushed oil through the turbo into the hot exhaust
