LOL! very contradicting right? Maybe stutter wasn't the right word to use. What I meant was when he's answering questions, at the beginning when he speaks he sorts of like "I, I, I, I' or "ahhhh" because of course he's thinking of what to say. When I say he's articulate he's able to choose words that can clearly explain what he wants to say wihtout saying too much. I didn't mean it in a negative way.

If you take an English person and make them speak complete jibberish, they sound vastly more educated than an american man speaking the most profound bit of literature. It's just a 'classy' sounding way to speak. People joke around about it, but there is a bit of truth to it...
