it's called "Ponglang Dancing" . Isaan [northeast of thailand] culture .. the background is stone castle which is located around Isaan. there are a lot of stone castle in Isaan, thailand .. such as Khao Phanom Rung in Burirum,Surin,Nakhorn Ratchasima etc.

The music is not Cambodian for sure. Cambodia does not play music & their dance is very different from Thai style. They also don't use the cann instrument. Yes temple is a Khmer temple, but the music dance group are using it for background. I can assure u that the music is not Cambodian, but more of a Thai Isann/ThaiLao style.
