what i was saying is a retest should be administered not just take the liscence awaylets face it as you age some senses deteriorate vision, hearing, touch, etc as well as increased chance of heart attack stroke and siezure what happens when a 80 year old man is driving down the road and has a heart attack because a bird flew by his car and startled him? he careens across 4 lanes of traffic taking out other cars as he goes
