@rhoscrazy by killing yourself you fuckin owl HUHUUU O,O---- just kidding xD its kinda tricky, you upload the video then go to edit annotations, add annotation: Pause.. then change the pause effects start point to the very end (as end as you can get) of the video. Then you can put the amount of pause whatever you like i dont think it affects but i had it that 5 seconds... :P
