I remember when the commercial was Dustin asking what M.V.P. have you heard of that cant hit the high inside fastball. The answer is Ted Williams actually. He alwayys said the hardest pitch to hit was the high inside fastball. It is hard to shorten and elevate your swing in a relatively short period of time, but if you can that ball is going... going... gone!
