  • Hypocrities?

  • Hello Haymitch!

  • Oh wow men. If you only new what I have been through! I made this into a resolution just like you. You will only get healthy this way. I call it "preventive natural medicine".

  • Dr Sebi! I have learned a great amount of information from this man. He has been curing all ailments known to man since the 80. They through him in jail for his natural healing. He was later released and won that case and has been curing ever since. We are the only of gods creation that have a diet that consist of everything edible. Simply put.... What we put in our body, should not be detrimental in anyway to our body. Natural things that grow, give us every thing we need, and they cure

  • I love Woody, even if he accidentally steps on people's feet. Kingpin is one of my fave movies! :D

  • If you want some credibilty go raw for 30 days... The truth will become empirical. After that at least YOU will know!

  • Not trying to be a dick, but if you want some credibility, the ultimate Hollywood stoner is not the best place to go.

    Love Woody, though. He's adorable.

  • Increase marijuana intake

  • Thanks for your testimonial. You are correct.

  • I like to ask the following; "Is it organic?" When the reply is, "no" I then ask, "...then what is it?"

I'm always pleased to see how well that question works...

  • Let food be thy medicine, medicine thy food... So right. Some of the best food for us is not made known, because then we would not be clients to the medical business. Foods like hemp seeds, chia seed, spirulina algae, amaranth and even dandelion are great for us. We have come to look at dandelions as a weed and nuisance for our pretty lawns, but it is one of Mother Earths' greatest gifts. Peace and good health to you all.

  • Right on Woody!

  • If these p$^ks have their way thy will institute a ban on meat eating. They all come across like they are concerned citizens yet what they are really doing is promoting left wing totalitarianism. Mouth bullies is all they are, Panzies in pink!

  • is popcorn bad for ya ????

  • this dispels the myth of actors being meatheads woody has a good head on his shoulders and is a seeker of wisdom and truth may his tribe increase. His kid s are lucky to have such an intelligent dad!

  • Frederic Patenaude

  • Ok kids, eat cooked processed food until you get sick then go raw....LOL

  • started eating vegan july 2010, i am bipolar I rapid cycler it has lessened my mood swings by 75%, eating raw isn't boring - it's like sex if you're not enjoying it you're doing it wrong. no more high blood pressure, high colesterol, and have cut back on meds.

  • I see eating meat as a form of entertainment and through observation it was only practiced during special occasions "back in the day".

check out Don Tolman, Max&Charlotte Gerson (Gerson Therapy).

Honestly I wouldn't rely on the opinions of a Celebrity Chef....cause....they are just opinions.

  • I'm luck. I get to meet him for audition for a play he's putting on in Toronto his Spring.

  • I've don't a two week raw diet. It's crazy cleansing and it's kind of fun to see if you can do it. lol And I'm what my friends call a 'part time vegetarian' 95% veg but I cheat with seafood and sometimes I sneak some chicken sometimes.(but less than once a month)

  • True story: Woody Harrelson stepped on my foot at The Palace in Hollywood, the cast of his TV show had come to see The Call. Woody steps on my foot as he was coming back to his girl and friends, . I said "Oww!!" and Woody looked right at me in the eyes, did not say "I'm sorry" but like he was ready to say, "Do you want my autograph?" I would have knocked him out right then and there...but my brother Victor LOVED Woody and would have never ever talked to me again if I did. You owe me, Vic! Love u

  • @KojiRecords so you assumed he was going to ask you if you wanted his autograph? hmm how arrogant.

  • @TheDudeRulez09 Yeah, you are a Woody Harrelson fan no doubt. Hmm how pathetic; too bad your Woody is that arrogant, guess you would have thanked him if Woody stepped on YOUR foot! Victor, I shoulda decked him, regardless of whether you never talked to me again but then again I would never see my beautiful nieces so you owe me bigtime bro! And thanks alot, Woody, for stepping on my foot, you remember the incident damn well, don't you?

  • You are welcome to survive together with us in our music-festival and help us working with foodproduction for a ticket to an Ark. It's free, fun and safe:

  • Just watched Anthony Bourdain make fun of Woody for being vegan.

It's not about just eating meat, it's about experiencing the food of the past and of different cultures. If you just eat bland, vegan, uncooked food... you're missing out and no matter what you say, it's not NATURAL as Woody says.

Nature clearly shows that humans are meat eaters.

  • Hi Woody, you are my hero! I agree with you totally - I got Dr. Cousens new film "Frequency of Genius" ...love it, love it, Peace.

  • his clothes are as ugly as they r expensive i guess. he s right though! and a great actor as well

  • Sometimes these lifestyle changes are a little too much so I take them a step at a time. Gathering your food and foraging for it (mushrooms and berries) can be super time consuming. Some still work a 9-5 and pay a mortgage and that's primary to their living in their minds in comparison to whether or not you will get to spoil yourself with good foods. Not all places produce cheese and milk, some people go their entire life without dairy! Certain changes need thorough follow through of thought.

  • You guys, there is not just raw veganism, the world of raw food is bigger. Raw grassfed meat is also great raw. Most foods raw are good, except grains obviously.

  • @alickamoso1 Yeah, we had leftovers from kebabs once and I tried the raw beef and it was the best. I alwayse get it as close to raw as they can legally cook it in resturantes now.

  • lol, vegans.

  • Raw vegan for 30 is cool. But even for us meat eaters, if we only eat fresh, organic, non medicated meat, along with raw vegetables, and fruits. We would all be much happier and healthier.

If it is in a box, or a can, or comes from a factory its garbage.

  • @myOATHmyCREED

well my diet is 90% garbage and i'm in kickass shape. plus it's cheap.

  • @Robstailey While one may be in good shape outside, it's always important to get blood tests to check your levels and see what's really happening inside the body. your outter appearance is just the tip of the iceberg to your health.

  • @myOATHmyCREED

Or you could cut out dead animals entirely from your diet, would be much better for the animals (duh), the environment and you! ;)

  • raw vegans ftw!

  • hey Twinkies aren raw

  • Love Woody! As a newbie Veggie I am proud to say I dont miss meat at all!

  • Woody displaying some SOLOSTRENGTH attitude here...well done my man!

  • wild animals do get osteoporosis if they lack minerals and vit c. Animals stock up on minerals by eating bones .. mice etc gnaw bones if they find them. Its vital for their mineral uptake.

  • You want to see how hard i can punch? I eat meat like a grown ass MAN!

  • @joshuaclaygaines The only thing that makes you a man is the meat hanging between your legs. Bruce Lee would have wiped the floor with you, and he didn't eat meat.

  • @PersephonesPumpkin I think he ate raw meat smoothies lol. However your point is 100% correct, meat does not make anyone a man lol and anyone who thinks it does needs a proper education.

  • @joshuaclaygaines I want to see how hard an ass man can punch.

  • @joshuaclaygaines hahah yes. These vegans are all little pussies who can lift shit. No power.

  • @joshuaclaygaines does all that meat compensate for something?

  • Feels good having a good immune and digestive system despite eating meats =]

  • I <3 Woody!

  • when i saw the title i thought he was going off pot for a month.

  • @BluntSmokeBluntSmoke yeah i was a major carnivor and a big fatt-ass XD.still a little fat though XP

  • looks like woody just beat meat

    also i love meat

  • Woody I love you but,.....

so many things your a little stray about, you don't see osteoporosis in wildlife is because two reasons; 1. apparently your not looking 2. predation, which leads my point further to the nail driver.....Dear Woody, in nature you have something very important concerning populations health and it is called NATURAL SELECTION.

To all my vegan brothers and sisters,....while your intentions are noble and commitment is commendable, humans are biologically programed omnivores

  • @samhellion I've lost 80 pounds since I became Vegan. I feel better than I ever have, period. That includes when I was a thin teen and ate meat all the time. There is really no need to keep shoveling harmone filled meat into your mouth every day. The variety and enjoyment of my food has actually increased since going vegan, I've lost weight, my cholesterol is normal again and I feel 100% better. That tells me my body disagrees with your programming belief.

  • pt2. @knoxzoo75 Most people who make the vegan step are off for the worse b/c of it, Americans have a silly notion that thiner automatically means healthier, if your obese, yeah sure, otherwise maybe. I can describe the same feeling transaction when I changed my health habits. I didn't stop meat, just processed garbage mixed in with more exercise.

  • @samhellion I agree with everything you say and thanks for saying it! i like to keep meat to a bare minimum , but veganism really didnt do me any good. Wish i hadnt wasted all that effort!!

  • pt3. @knoxzoo75 Im not saying you cant have a healthy vegan diet, but most that try, fail; compared to an omnivore with the same level of commitment a vegan will eat far less in terms of absorbable nutrients, digestible matter, thier body will have a more efficient (and less stressed) GI track with healthier microfuana activity. (vegans will be floored).

  • (last, *whew sorry) @knoxzoo75 Your body's evidence against my case is not valid, of course you feel better, enjoy food more, it boils down to ..... eat good foods, have physically active fun, don't abuse/waste your body and every once in a while break the rules.

And I agree, I drink organic milk and recommend ppl have grass and grain fed beef. I had beef from my back yard as a child and always took it for granted the difference.

Well wishes, consider dairy and stay current on the science.

  • @samhellion Ok, you make many assumptions due to your own bias on this issue. You say I had no self respect? That alone tells me you don't know what you are talking about on the issue of people suffering from obesity. It is the case with some individuals but it is NOT the case 100% of the time, so why do you make that accusation?I was thin as a teen, gained weight in my late teens, lost it, gained it back. I know how I felt at a healthy weight and eating light meat and how I feel NOW.

  • @samhellion I suffered from pretty severe IBS all my life, I also had severe acid reflux. All gone now. I have been on low fat diets eating only lean chicken and fish. I have been on the Atkins diet. I speak from experience, you are speaking from dogma.

  • @knoxzoo75 Atkins is shit and could kill you. If you are still on it, please stop.

  • @skiddlecrumms Didn't read my posts huh? I'm vegan.

  • @knoxzoo75 I was just concerned because atkins is so bad for you.

  • @skiddlecrumms

The Atkins diet has helped me immensely by making me eat the way our ancestors did -healthy meats and veggies. This is the way our forefathers ate, and they lived relatively disease-free compared to today and had a long life. Most people who say the Atkins diet is bad think it means eating just bacon. It is not like this, it's about eating healthy proteins, fats and veggies. Educate yourself so you don't sound so foolish in the future.

  • @Nightbird No, the atkins is bad because it cuts the carbs out of your diet and your body has to process other things for energy. And people like to talk about eating like our forefathers and how it was so healthy but they don't realize that the life expectancy was at least half of what it is now so if you wish to live like that, immagine not living past 30. In fact, a child born in 2007 has the longes life expectancy in the history of America.

  • @Nightbird Plus, there were just as many viruses and diseases, only they were more deadly and spread faster because of a lack of proper sanitation or bacteriophages or antibiotics. So really, every claim you made makes no sense what so ever. The only thing that Atkins does is starve you. Educate yourselfso you don't sound foolish on the internet.

  • @skiddlecrumms Again, you got it wrong. Your associating carbs with flour & sugar, when in many countries around the world all carbs are obtained from veggies & fruit, which is what the REAL Atkins diet is like. I do obtain carbs, but just not from flours, grains, and sugars. I obtain them from veggies and fruit. However, I don't ingest huge amounts of carbs, which is what most people do. Eskimos & other groups survive just fine on all meat diets, and they are healthier than the gen. population.

  • @Nightbird Dr. Atkins himself said in several interviews that cutting out carbohydrates completely is the key to success with his diet. You are agreeing with me, you just don't know it. What you have done isn't follow his diet to the letter, you just stopped eating junk food, which is half the battle (the other half being proper exercise). Of course more veggies and fruit will make you healthier, especially if its replacing french fries and potato chips.

  • @skiddlecrumms Both of you make fine points, but one must remember that there isn't one way to be healthy. One must try many different approaches, keep an open mind, and find what works best for them. Also, it is important to note that the meat our ancestors ate was not corn-fed, pumped with hormones, cloned, and made in factories. While meat may work for you, you must be conscious to consume a high quality pasture-raised grass fed to eat like our ancestors, as you say.

  • @sarajames91 Exactly, there are companies that specialize in keeping their livestock in good, healthy condition, and I support them very much. Its better for the animals, theres less chemicals and it tastes better. I always laughed when somebody recommended visiting a co-op but now I know how great they really are and I wish we had one close to home.

  • @skiddlecrumms Good for you! I, personally am a vegan, but I fight for good healthy meats for people who wish to eat it. I feel that every human being deserves the right to clean, safe meat. We need more omnivores like you to be conscious of quality and humane treatment. you're a smart cookie :]

  • @skiddlecrumms no animal wants to die

  • @stiggyh No vegatable wants to die either.

  • @samhellion we are naturally programmed to be vegans ... thats a fact ... just look at carl lewis ... he broke the world record AFTER he went vegan ... not before

  • @stiggyh Im sorry, your stupid. Tell that to any body with canine or premolar teeth, A distinctive evolutionary stigma of omnivores.

Cuase we definitely crawled out of the forest growing flax and whole grains.

  • @samhellion you are the stupid one here... not me and when you die you will realise that all the lives you took will come and haunt you hehe

  • @stiggyh there are no limits in stupidity are there, in fact its impossible to live as vegan in most parts of the planet there are only few places where you could live as helthy vege gatherer maybe couple% of all the land in earth and you know how much we destroy becouse we bring you food from otherside of the world, eat local oh wait you cant be veggie if you eat only loca

only reason why ppl can do this now is becouse of technology, we can bring all kinds of stuff from around the world

  • @nNorthWestern youre wrong... all places have cheese, milk, eggs, nuts, seeds, beans, legumes etc etc wich is more than plenty to sustain a healthy diet ! meat is just a luxury which people like you refuse to give up for selfish reasons ... fact ;)

  • im getting sick of meat.

  • I'd love to go vegetarian and even vegan/raw but I can't afford it. It sux that there are people out there that know the way to a better life but anything with the word "organic" on the label or anything fresh commands a much higher price. I am working on schooling to hopefully allow me to work at a much better job and perhaps I can then afford to be healthy but until then I have to keep my fingers crossed that I don't get struck down from being unhealthy poor.

  • @Nubster12 We spend less at the grocery store since becoming Vegan.

  • People on youtube comments sometimes have a tendency to read things into remarks and assume an adversarial position. Sometimes we really are just saying what we say, with no ulterior meanings. It can be so hard for some people to just say "yeah, I see your point".

  • ...

Good thing Woody never did any drugs.

  • I just realized in the middle of eating a meatball sub I was eating some poor animal (or animals plural) that were butchered and processed into bite-sized chunks of glob. And then I finished my sandwich. I really do feel sorry for the poor animals who die in factory farms everyday, but let's face it, nothin' beats a five dollar footlong.

  • Let me just say that ol' Texas steak isn't the same as 50-100 years ago, unless of course you get it from my PaPa's Texas Angus Ranch,-not your typical hormone and crap infested feed lot cow.

  • I love a steak once a week. FTW. There is a reason why we have canines, and molars, it's because we are omnivorous animals.

  • I do the same thing (ish). Whenever I feel like I am getting sick, I eat only a fruit/veggie & fish diet until I get better.

  • raw diet can help people with skin problems like eczema.

  • you party way too much to be pushing health consciousness. Love you Woody

  • Looks like corey haim age 50.

  • I still hear Jimi

  • I can still hear Jimi

  • Come on everyone!, Let's go VEGAN!!!

  • Woddy is cute!

  • One of the reasons you don't see as much cancer in other animals is because they tend to die at a natural age. Humans have, in recent centuries, figured out how to double our average lifespan. DNA can only copy itself in our bodies so many times before it starts to make mistakes. We also have telomeres (extra crap at the ends of chromosomes) that get used up and then cells either die or replicate wrong. Wrong copies = cancer. Longer life = more stuff goes wrong at the end.

  • @rmcdaniel423 Actually people aren't "living" longer -- they're just existing and "surviving" longer, like a twisted form of cryogenics. Most can barely walk, they have to use wheel chairs or canes, have multiple diseases, are hooked on dozens of "meds" and are senile in old folks homes.

Then again, you have elderly people like Jack LaLanne and Bob Barker (both vegans) who understand the value of nutrition and exercise...

  • @blakmira I agree with you. I never implied most people were healthy and vigorous in their last decades. Statistically, far from it. It takes serious lifelong personal responsibility with your health (as you implied) to make those extended years worth it. I was just describing how increased years = increased genetic risk for cancer. Healthy lifestyle can lessen the odds, but ultimately, it's unavoidable.

  • @rmcdaniel423 - Most people are unaware they have control over their own health & are clueless what a "healthy lifestyle" really is. Look up the recent interview with Jack LaLanne at 95 years old, he's practically jumping out of his chair with energy! Dying is unavoidable but getting cancer is avoidable. Toxins +malnutrition +negative mental state = disease

  • @blakmira Cancer is indeed unavoidable. Here's why: The replication of all DNA comes with a cost. Replication errors (mutations) happen very infrequently, but they happen consistently. Given enough time, and enough replications, those errors add up. Some errors inevitably ruin control mechanisms, and something goes haywire (cancer). Also, telomeres (protective end bits) get lost over time. Eventually good genes get lost at the ends of chromosomes. Environment + genetics = total risk. (cont.)

  • @rmcdaniel423 - with that negative mindset, yes, you can look forward to getting cancer. However, I understand the role of avoiding toxins in pharma drugs, vaccines, processed foods/meat/dairy, the role of detoxification from sweating and exercise, and receiving vitamins from living enzymes in fresh fruits & raw vegetables. Sorry, don't go in for scientists assuring me I'll be sick.

  • @blakmira "Toxins +malnutrition +negative mental state" + many other factors = Environment. The genes you inherit + the lifetime accumulated damage to those genes = Genetics. More toxic environment = More Risk. More lifetime accumulation of mutation = More Risk. LaLanne started with great genes, then took good care of them. He is a minority. But if he lives to 110, or more, even he is at greater risk for mutation, and thus cancer. Sad, but inevitable. We can only control "environment" part.

  • @rmcdaniel423 - Genetics is a popular excuse for people to feel they have no control over their health or life, that they are mere helpless victims and they're going to one day need drugs that neither cure nor heal. I'm sure Jack LaLanne would be offended to hear someone say his battle against aging was due to "great genes" -- lol. Your negative mindset is indicative of a victim mentality very prevalent today.

  • @blakmira You misconstrue my remarks. The discussion between you and I goes back to a comment I made 2 months ago. I stand behind that comment 100%. You are bashing me unjustly (ie: "negative mindset" accusations). I am on your side in this argument. I am on Woody's side. By all means, take better care of yourself. I'm just saying, there is a limit to lifespans. Even with PERFECT lifestyles, eventually, genetic mutation will catch up to you. Or do you think we could be immortal?

  • @rmcdaniel423 -- To be clear, of course, everyone dies -- but not everyone dies of cancer, like you say. Some people simply choose a time to die in their sleep, like my 101 year old grandmother on her birthday -- she had no disease but it was time to go. Telling someone they have a negative mindset is not bashing them -- just warning that your mind aids in giving you whatever you believe you will get.

  • @blakmira I never said everyone will die of cancer. My original comment was that with increased lifespans, we also have increased risk for genetic mutation. That's the only point I've been trying to make. No more. No less. Not arguing against anything you or Woody say. I recognize the value of raw veganism, though I don't follow it. Just saying that if you live to be crazy old by having good lifestyle, and don't "choose" to die, eventually cancer risk will mathematically catch up to you.

  • weres ted danson? the pitcher? <3

  • I don't believe in taking anything to the extreme.

  • There's no extreme in fasting a bit when you feel sick. I think being sick and not changing your lifestyle is rather extreme.

  • yeah but you just said "a bit" which means that you agree with me...by extreme I mean fasting because your long-term diet like you only eat raw food for the rest of your life...isnt' that little extreme?

  • But Woody didn't say "for the rest of your life", he said he uses fasting as a cure, which is perfectly reasonable in my opinion. As for the people who practice raw-foodism all their lives, well, it certainly IS extreme, but some people seem to be built for these kinds of diets. Nothings works equally for everybody. Except for processed food which is equally bad.

  • Look at him how stong he is. I think he does it right.

But me as a vegetarian, beside the raw staff I need my cooked rice n other vegetables. Nothing wrong with this. and if I don´t feel good, I just don´t eat for a day until the evening,. Then I´m allright again.

  • He seems like such a kind man!

  • When zombieland becomes real I'll be going to HIS house in hollywood :P but yeah I agree, if you watched "cheers" He just seems like he could never be an angry person.

  • yeah, that´s on one hand because he somoked/took a lot of weed.

    I think.

I have a lot of good experiences with this kind of people. Remember, until today, in the long time of human history not one single person died because of weed. Because of alcohol every year millions and millions of people die...... it kills you... it kills your (peacefull) personality.....

  • @DrAtmo Yeah, he actiually wrote a movie called "grass" it's a documentary on "medicinal" marijuana. I don't quite understand your quote though.

  • thank u and cool name ^_^

  • kjv2286 that is why cannibis is illegle.privite intrests.

  • I use too be a huge meat eater, but ive been a vegitarian for about 4 months and i feel great+for the first time im pooping every day lol.after i help my mom clean out her fridge i intend to go full vegan woot!

  • congratulations!!

  • yeah. I had been vegetarian now for about 8 years and there is not one day that I regret it or want to eat meat again. I was only one time sick, in this whole time. I feel great, I became more self-assured. For example I started to work as a roofer for 2 years. I couldn´t imagine to do this kind of job before.

  • @noobHNTer you're the first vegetarian I've met that can't spell vegetarian : )

  • I love you so much, thank you for posting this vid... I am grateful.. I am looking for role models in the raw food arena, if you see this comment, please help me out. I would love to meet others who can inspire me! Thank you thank you thank you... lots of love, from the bottom of my heart.

  • woody harrelson will some day be minee

  • WOW what a great man.

  • A Diet For All Reasons [Google videos]

  • It's great to see a Texas boy into raw veganism. He's awesome!

  • what a legend!

  • pH is important (Alkaline is best for good health)

    google:

    Dr. Trulio Simoncini MD

    be well

  • look to nature. when animals get sick, whatdo they do? eat grass.. or other green vegetation. Your domestic pet (ie) dog.. what do they do when their ill? pay close attention.

Raw is best.. Look into Chlorella (excellent supplement) Spirulina.

  • I just had my mother make a green smoothie with spinach and spirulina. On Monday her blood pressure was ridiculously high 180/? and four days later her blood pressure is now 128/79. This stuff works.

  • I hope she sticks with it. Best wishes!

  • you are correct. ive never been sick for 3 years since i gave up all meat and animal products, it makes a difference.

  • @NathFilms lol

  • I think that everything should be in moderation, especially meats. Your body does not need as much meat as you think it does. The medical industry does not want to cure cancer b/c they are making a killing off of it. If you look into alternatives, you will see that cancer is curable. The mentality of today's society is based on the bottom line, not your health. Denial and complacency are the reasons why our society does not change.

  • how do we know animals in the wild dont have any of those diseases?

  • I raised my dog on raw food.. it was fun to watch people seeing a rottweiler eating a raw chicken for the first time bones and all.

  • Comment removed

  • i never thought he was sexy until i saw Natural Born Killers!! He was hot as hell in that movie!

  • I KNOW! He was cute on Cheers but after NBK I wanted (and still want) him to be my baby daddy!

  • he's lost his damn mind..but in a good way

  • woody harrelson is the fucking man.

  • I went into this review thinking that Woody was gonna talk about some new movie he was gonna do called Raw for 30 Days, when all of a sudden I find I'm watching this surprisingly insightful review.

  • Cooked vegetables are not bad for you, but cooked meat is, and processed food is bad for you too. Avoiding cooked animal products, and processed grains is the key. It is silly to villify cooked vegetables though. Especially if you live in a cold climate.

  • i would go raw if it would grow back my hair. But it hasnt worked for Woody yet.

  • There are lot of raw-food diets...look up the 80/10/10 diet

  • this guy is in "cheers" but back then he was alot younger of course

  • IT'S CHARLIE FROST!

  • Thank you, this is good information.

Aspartame is a bad thing and found in artificial sweetners...appreciate this one a lot.

When my children were growing up we had Bugs Bunny to get them to eat carrots like candy and Popeye to get them to eat spinach....true, once I started to have night blindness and ate carrots for snacks and the night blindness just went away...

  • Wanna be a little more enlightening in your (what I assume to be) criticism? I'm not sure if you're talking about a fellow commenter or Harrelson.

  • ah dont even bother inquiring im sure gfenndismal has nothing enlightening to offer. Back to McDonalds for him.

  • I was at McDonald's a few months ago myself. I was desperate!

  • Good clip. Off to eat a big bowl of Fruit Loops.

  • FASTING REVERSES DIABETES

  • wanna cure diabetes

    eat broccoli, lettuce, and carrots

    wanna become healthy and lean

    eat broccoli lettuce and carrots

    wanna prevent cancer

just eat broccoli lettuce and carrots!

we have to learn to grow these three foods

  • well,, that is quite extreme and not good only to eat broccoli, lettuce and carrots. there are lots and lots of other things that is good for your body too.

For example, rice, couliflower, beans, cabbage, herbs, all kind of salats, tomatoes, potatoes, porridge oates etc etc.. it´s only a question of quantitiy and the right time when the body needs this. variety in food is very good!

  • Cant wait to go raw.. stil living @ my parents home.. So kinda hard lol

  • thats so weird because my brother's friends name is woody HARRISON

  • Woody is Awesome!!!

  • Imhotep is credited with being the founder of Egyptian medicine... not the father of modern medicine.

  • Imhotep invented pharmaceuticals. just look at the name pharoah--maceuticals.

  • Imhotep is the father of modern medicine not Hippocrates FACT!

  • I'm soooo stoned I forgot to cook my food......Eh I'll eat it anyway.

  • Hahahahaha
