Lambert is really getting a bad rap on this. Yeah, the hair pull was excessive, but what I saw on this video was all retaliatory or just a hard challenge. Some of her "violent plays" were her getting fouled. Most soccer players when you elbow them in the stomach will punch you in the back, and if you were pulling up my shorts and trying to show the world my business after being a bitch to me all game your damn right I'm taking you down. You should look at American soccer more often and see this is how we are teaching our players to play dirty. It goes all the way to the MLS and Fouty admits that Americans don't play by the rules. But there is no doubt Lambert should have gotten a Red card. But if the Refs don't stop it, it will continue to go on.

#7 gave a small elbow but i mean that's practically common place while still against rules. Lambert's slide tackles were clearly not aimed at the ball look at (0.30sec). Lambert tackle #21 far worst (0.25sec). Aiming kicks and knees at #21. #21 pulled up on her shorts not down its a distraction technique. But then again your a clear New Mexico supporter and just as i am with my team, we see what we want to see..
