  • Oh Cassey, this is really one of your best videos! You look so classy (great eye make-up you have there!), the background is nice and soft, you're taking it rather slow staying so focussed, and altogether it's SO effective. *HEART THIS*

  • @itzChloex3 then you might want to pick something less intense. This is pretty hardcore even for pilate buffs like me. Do as much as you can, do not push yourself to the point of blacking out. It is safe to do this, but only do as much as your body can handle. Work to failure, not to fainting.

  • @iwannabfamous97 your butt: muscles underneath fat. Just like mine. So if you work the muscles, they will become stronger and a bit bigger - my butt became rounder, more apple-shaped. These exercises lifted the whole thing - I love my new butt!

  • @sexilicious1719 Cellulite is rather to do with the skin and the fatty tissue, so building up muscles won't have an effect on that. But a nicely toned and firm butt looks great no matter what! To hide cellulite I've found self-tanner to be the most effective. Embrace your body. Little flaws are a part of being human and a woman!

  • I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! But I was not able to do as much of the legs circles as I was hoping I could without feeling I was cramping up. Does that mean I need to stretch more or should I swap in something else? what do you suggest Cassy?

I began to move towards the light when, out of nowhere, a group of angels appeared. One came forth and said with infinite compassion, "It's not your time to go. You haven't finished 'Butt Blaster' yet." I looked down at my body, somehow still quivering in bridge pose, and, just like that, I was back. Believe it or not, I finished the video!   • @bigmommadmoney It depends on your body type.. this workout will increase muscle mass so it might make your butt bigger. Personally speaking whenever I workout my butt gets bigger and perkier.
