I began to move towards the light when, out of nowhere, a group of angels appeared. One came forth and said with infinite compassion, "It's not your time to go. You haven't finished 'Butt Blaster' yet." I looked down at my body, somehow still quivering in bridge pose, and, just like that, I was back. Believe it or not, I finished the video! Thanks Cassey :-)

@bigmommadmoney It depends on your body type.. this workout will increase muscle mass so it might make your butt bigger. Personally speaking whenever I workout my butt gets bigger and perkier.

@thesweetestlove1 well if you read the video description, it says "you're gonna seriously have the nicest roundest butt ever." so...this is basically a booty lift

I'M SO SORRY! I ADMIT IT: I tried another instructors video.... but if it makes you feel any better... she was AWFUL! ughhh I couldn't take her longer than 10 minutes! Her routine was so boring and repetitive, and her music SUCKED! I will never stray again! (; Thanks for the kick butt (pardon the pun) videos! Keep 'em coming. I'll be wedding dress ready by January thanks to you!! (:

I've dabbled in Pilates from time to time and do like it but I am going to incorporate 20 mins a day into my exercise regime from now so I can get better flexibility, strength and tone. Cool!

love this holy crap, i could definitely feel it by the end. i especially love how it's not like, okay do 3 sets of 15 reps its like, kay we're gunna do all 45 in a row - hold on!!! :) its great. love it
