Rosh, nothing (Gay) as you put it to learn how to tie a tie. Another helpfull hint to all of you Newbies out there. To keep your Ties in a neat and fashionable order, hang your ties untied so as to not have wrinkels in them when your ready wear them again, some people like to keep them tied so as to not retie them but they will wrinkle and you'll want to iron them so there appearance looks nice straight. Keep up the Practice all and I promice you'll master the other knots as well.

Until 3 years after I started wearing ties I didn't know there was any other knot other than the "Full Windsor".

It's complicated, sure, but wear it every day for a week and it'll stick in like any other knot.

The first time doing it is always the hardest so don't give up!

The 3rd and 4th step (Going around the straight of the loop to form a triangle when covered) is easier to do when it's fairly tight and a little spaced out. Hope this helps some.
