@alamandrax Yes, if you live in the US, Oaxacan stores carry that type of chocolate, it looks like a dark rock. But the best commercializad brand is Abuelita from Nestlé(r). All you have to do is boil whole milk (about 2 litters), add the chocolate (1 1/2 tablets) and a cinnamon stick (never tried it w/vanilla) , make it rise 3x, or let simmer for 3 min. (careful not let it spill) no need to add sugar, Abuelita already has plenty. Froth with molinillo, or electrical chocolate frother. Enjoy!!!
