  • *son tae jin

  • are all these fights of sae ton jin?

  • oh man i love taekwondo and korea !

  • @SuperBluepurple your just one stupid fighter .. if you want to fight like you wanna kill someone go ahead lol.. if you dont like tkd then just stfu.. if you have bad game on tkd gtfo.. simple as that no need to act like your professional assassin but you sounds so dumn lol.. gtfo! now hahah..tkd sport is a safe sport.. dont compare to to your barbaric game.. our sport is fun your is violent.. we learn martial too but we learn when to use it as well..

  • @SuperBluepurple actual because of keeping up guard i have harder forearms than some friend who practice kickboxing:D

  • @SuperBluepurple Almost correct. You do know that you make yourself look like a kid that hasn't even walked in a Tae Kwon Do dojang. FAIL.

  • @SuperBluepurple Because the kicks in K1 or MMA are illegal. Logic kid, use your brain.

  • I think all contact sports should have protective gear. MMA included. It would save the lives and careers of many people competing in the sport.

  • @SuperBluepurple "how come they don't do well in other combat sports?" All about the fighter kiddo. Ignorant written all over you buddy.

  • Love how people think Tae Kwon Do is so fucking gay and soft because we wear all that gear. Okay you stupid white kids listen up. Boxing/Kickboxing/Ufc don't require gear because there hits are fucking weak. The kicks in Tae Kwon Do generate 400-995 pounds of force, enough to break your ribs, cause internal bleeding, bruise your fucking organs, shatter your bones, and death.

  • wtf taekwondo without gear would mean ko in the first round and many fighters would die

  • @itachirinnengan They did die WITH the gear on in Anaheim Ca.at the US OPEN in 1999. I was there and watched the fight, saw the back kick to the head, and saw the guy drop. I had to fight in the same ring the next day. TKD is not flashy weak kicks like many MMA guys think.

  • @itachirinnengan and many many broken ribs

  • it would be AWESOME if Taekwondo doesn't have protective gears and such =)))

  • @L0v3ism I HEAR YA!! no gear is much better (cups make it hard to kick/but saves me....a lot/ haha :D

  • @lovelessAlx Yeah I mean Taekwondo's taking so much critic by saying it doesn't apply in real fights, so why not remove the gears and prove them wrong?? xD

  • @L0v3ism because without gear these guys would cripple or kill each other.

  • i dont consider mma is a martial arts coz most of them disrespect the art accept for martial artist in mma like GSP, Cung Le, Anderson Silva, Loyoto Machida, BJ Penn, Fabor, and torris.

others like in UFC, are not martial artist like chris leban.

  • shut up you retarded fuckers, taekwondo in this match like this, takes balance compare to other martial arts, especially head kick and other difficulty kicks. it takes balance as a kicking sport or mats might be slipery. you dude dont know what the fuck you talking about and better watch your mouth coz we might kick your ass as you disrespect the art. i dont respect nobody who disrespect the art. if you dont like it, go to mma and dont even waist your time on taekwondo

  • jins tekken tag theme lol

  • Fue un buen combate!!!

  • This so much sucks. They always lose balance... how can you fight if you lose balance ALL THE TIME?

In mixed martial arts, the opponent would just land on you and do ground and pound.

I am fine if you knock out your opponent and then fall down. But if you just fall down, you should get a penalty, as they do in ITF Taekwondo. This way, you could STILL get points, but you would ALSO get a deduction.

  • Agreed. The key to balance is control and a lot of practitioners get to out of hand and lose control making them fall.

But then again a lot of the times they fall is due to the force of the opponent either pushing, punching or kicking them down. Sometimes it's because they trip over them. And sometimes they get stuck with one foot on their opponent's shoulder or arm and then desperatly tries to deliver another kick making them fall.

One thing I hate though is when they do it deliberatly...

  • are you retarded? you dont know what you are talking about so dont talk unless youve competed tkd urself. they Only lose balance on Head kick attempts to SAVE themselves from losing a point on the counter. Throwing a head kick leaves u exposed when you miss so most of them fall over to not concede a counter.

One other thing. This isnt MMA, so dont bring ur "MMA is better than bla bla" BS here. TKD is a pure sport, and makes no claims to "beat MMA" at MMA rules fighting.... and VICE VERSa.

  • also, you DO get deduction for falling over. Go read up the rules before u spout BS shitbrick

  • @shevegen

falling can be caued by alot of things and i don't think that black belts in taekwondo lose balance all the time...i have very good balance and i fall also quite e few times while sparring, duo to my opponent pushing me while i kick,or my feet gets stuck and trip,...many things..but be assured that we taekwondo practisers have good control over our balance (sorry for englisch not that good in it), and u get a deduction for falling :)
