He is trying to be like Pacquiao, throwing wild combo's and getting out but he can't do it and it's costing him. He should be using that battering jab and fighting smart, not wild. He does the same predictable stuff every fight, 5 straight punches in combo before bouncing back out, which get's figured out. Then he starts running whenever he get's touched.
Freddie is not the right trainer for him, he needs defence and technique, not wild combo's.

Khan does have great hand speed. Roach said his handspeed is even faster that that of Pacquiao but what he lacks is timing & great foot speed which is what makes a fighter look fast in a fight & gives them the actual "speed advantage".
It has nothing to do with how many he has lost. He is not fighting guys of A star quality of yet, that’s when he will be found out. He has made some fights a lot harder than they needed to be because he didn’t use brains, and walked straight into brawls that his inside game has no answer for at times. I don't like khan, Cos of his ego problem. Good boxer, dedicated, however I think he should fight people his own size. His opponents are normally shorter, and slower. he can outbox em round by round. Mayweather is past his best, so is pacquiao. If they fight in 2012 its kinda gone downhill for me.

@immyovuk height doesnt mean much in boxing some shorter guyz find it easy to fight taller guyz any peterson is the same height and has a longer reach. it will be interesting to see khan deal with that bcuz he does prefer to fight shorter guyz about 80 % of his fights have been to shorter opponants and his only loss came to a longer opponant (breidis presscott)

He will be able to edge rounds with his speed perhaps... but he will be in for some heck the way he puts his chin on the line and runs around. If judah would have thrown off those slips and aimed them to Cons gut, he was there to be hit. I can see Berto laying him out and Bradley dropping him and such. that's my personal hypothesis.

you know why Prescott knocked him out ? because he was taller with longer arms. And it exposed Con for his amateurish porous style. He was pulling straight back as he does off a shot, open to be hooked. and he caught one. Then he was caught with another hook that put him out.
