Everything you have mentioned has been confirmed by a friend of mine who has taken hot yoga classes. I will be checking to see if my gym offers it. Can't wait to try it out.

I don't always sweat very easily but I love when I do so I think I would really enjoy that. I usually wrap up my work out in the sauna just because I love the way it feels when I leave.

I've heard Hot Yoga is amazing. I dont know if I could handle it though! I like my cool canadian temperatures!
