Either way you should be able to start a new garden even if you have another one, but I warn you all of your money is also connected to your new garden as well as your original one. I may have not answered the question you were looking for but you can ask me about the game I have it for the pc and as far as I know the x-box version and the pc version are exactly the same just different platforms.
