I tried this circuit and the core circuit with 20 pounds DBs (just a copule of reps to see how it feels). I timed one circuit getting 5-7 minutes. So you should be able to do 2 full circuits in 15 minutes (+ 30sec - 1m rest). It should be possible to squeeze 2x upper body + 2x core into a 30 minutes session. And using 10 pounds of course, the last thing that I need is an injury BEFORE starting the new training schedule.
I was thinking of doin more upper body for running and I tried some of the workouts my gym teacher showed us and they overlapped with yours so I guess I should keep up :)
