You appear rather strong and seem to have a wide variety of exercises but I dont think you have the right shape to be a body builder. Its in your genes to be strong clearly but not to take great shape.

  • I'll never understand why would people want to look like that and work their ass off for it. There's nothing healthy about being this way, and while he is as big and as strong as an ox in the long run this sort of physical workout and state can backfire. A part from the fact that he can probably bend his arm half way due to that muscle mass and his thighs probably rob against each other in the midsection creating itchi rash (a common problem for weight lifters). A silly time pass in deed.

    Getting BIG and CUT are 2 different things. Getting big requires steroids/weight training while getting cut requires fat loss/ water loss.

  • This guy gets my respect, I long stopped the power lifting years ago and just focus on fitness, I still lift, and even I my best day only ever managed 2 plates each side and that was wide grip, this guy is dedicated and driven. Those days are long gone for me, I run and do more cardio due to severe back problems and other power lifting issues, I could never manage the dedication that's required to acheive this amount of power, a big thumbs up to Ryan! Keep up the good work!

On the close grip bench he's stopping well short of full extension, which is great for the chest but it's not the ideal range of motion for building the tris. The man has a huge chest there's no doubt about it, but I do not think he's training his ARMS properly.

  • @codemandeuce Dude, another point to mention is that with a chest as big as that, close grip benches are near impossible to do in perfect position with elbows parallel. That's why he also does the thing at 2:00.
