Getting BIG and CUT are 2 different things. Getting big requires steroids/weight training while getting cut requires fat loss/ water loss.

On the close grip bench he's stopping well short of full extension, which is great for the chest but it's not the ideal range of motion for building the tris. The man has a huge chest there's no doubt about it, but I do not think he's training his ARMS properly.
@codemandeuce Dude, another point to mention is that with a chest as big as that, close grip benches are near impossible to do in perfect position with elbows parallel. That's why he also does the thing at 2:00.
