you may need to go to camtasia and download the Techsmith Codec and the ensharpen codec.

this will give you the hd option yes but the quality of the video on normal mode will be bad. If you want the quality on normal mode to be good also the video has to be in either the .mov format or the mp4 format

Well, depending on how long it is and how good of quality it is determines how much bigger the file will be, but you shouldn't have to much to worry about. Unless your like making 10 minute videos on max quality then maybe.. maybe..
