i paid 3250 off craigslist and sprayfoam was 1600 2lb on the walls .5lb on the ceiling. i wanted bigger but for the price and the fact it was so close to me and included all the plans and county permits it was a no brainer i saved probably 10k getting it of CL. not only that but on my house appraisal it added 37k to my total value!!
just curious what you paid for the garage from craigslist, nice set up, and love the spray foam, thanks for the awesome video, im looking to do something similar only a little bit taller and bigger garage for a workshop
