when u said theres no difference between the fish and sushi fish, there is a HUGE difference. the preparation is completely different. that fish u cant eat raw because it hasnt been properly cured. so lady get your facts straight and coming from a chef from the culinary institute of america i would assume he'd be more knowledgeable.

I think wot she was revering to was the amount of rawness to the fish that was being put in said taco ? as lotz of ppl will not eat fish that has any pink to it...must admit tho wrapped in a flour tortilla is not a taco dont much care for flout tortilla like eating raw flour ughs
