Souljagurlsha, Hey there! Yeah apparently someone stopped to ponder which workout they could possibly put you through to put you in the most amount of pain possible. Chest and back just kicked my butt all over the place. I totally forgot that pushups would kill my core as well.. UGH! Here's to feeling better tomorrow. I am going to go for a run today on my lunch hour - if I can make my legs work. Might be more of a brisk walk.
Hey Gr8Guy54, Yeah I thought about that, but for the first week I'll comment on all of the different workouts. After that, you won't hear anything until the end of Phase I getting ready to start Phase II.
They def knew what they were doing when they made chest and back on day one. That is one of the toughest wkouts, by day two u don't want to think about doing plyo.
Well sweetheart good job on starting a workout program.
