  • 1/2" AC plywood glued and screwed to your 3/4" t/g sub deck pitched at 1/4" per ft.

    1x4 Azek drip edge with v notch on outside of decking

    chamfer strips along interior walls

    all seems and screw holes body filled and sanded

    resin coat over entire deck

    apply 2 oz fiberglass mat to deck over drip edge and up walls 8"

    resin application with 3/8 nap roller and fiberglass metal roller to remove air voids

    once deck is cured sand deck surface drip edge and trim

    apply gel coat with sand mix for non slip

    In order to give it color...

    Do you put an resin color pigment of some sort in the Gel coat mix ?

    Or you paint it after ?
