ok, im gonna lay down truth for those of you who dont know. tricking consists of gymnastics, breakdancing, martial arts parkour and freerunning. im getting sick of people calling out guys for doing windmills and flares and wallruns, etc. in tricking vids. because they think its not part of the art. but heres the actuallity of it... its all part of the same art. its all the same craft. there just different subgenres of the same thing. its all beautiful man. :)

eh..to be honest this was more of a breakdance, capoeira, gymnastics video. what separates tricking from these is the martial arts aspect in my opinion. good vid but there was like..3 clips of kicks in the whole thing.

everyone has there own style of tricking

like Anis the only time he throws a kick is during or after a spin trick, but he mainly does spins. Sesshoumaru mainly does flips
