  • @malufet0317 Proteins, proteins, proteins, but not too much. You increase weight by eating proteins, carbs and eating fats. Cut out all of the other stuff and you'll be good to go.

  • Well it depends do you want to gain weight and look fantastic or do you want to become fat?

    I guess fantastic right? Ok so if that's the case then you need to consume more calories than you burn and you need to exercise. You need to eat protein at every meal, and of course carbs (but that's natural). You need to consume lots of fibre from stuff such as brown rice, brown pasta, rye bread, oatmeal etc. The protein should be high quality such as red meat, fish and chicken. continuous

  • That can be really expensive and impractical so I suggest you make 2 of your meals shakes. That's it I hope this helps :D
