As I stated, entitlement and wealth redistribution plans such as socialized healthcare, Governmental regulations (cap and trade), and overall war against business (see tax increases and mandated health care coverage for small business). Obama openly states he is in favor of wealth redistribution and single payer healthcare a definition of Marxism and socialism respectively.

The economy would be doing just fine today if 1)banking weren't such as a huge portion of our economy, 2)banking wasn't deregulated thanks to the Republicans, and 3) bankers didn't have politicians in their back pockets.

@trmblingblustar The Bush tax cuts wiped out the surplus that we had for the first time in years, then he turned around and pushed two unpaid wars which got us even further in debt while de-regulating the banking industry and calling for further de-regulation of Wall Street. All while giving how many billions in no bid contracts to Cheney's company Halliburton and huge tax breaks to himself and his oil buddies...gee wonder how the economy tanked so quick?

We shouldn't base it on whatever the christian right "feels" is the begining of life. We live in a modern industrialized nation, we turn to science to answer our most difficult questions especially when the question at hand is a purely scientific matter (when does life technically begin)
