really in the hardest is quite the achievement, hidden is just for showing off, if you got a perfect in this you have pretty much dominated it by ear.

Its the other way around, actually. iNiS made the prequel to this game, then EBA came out as a Westernized version, then this game came out combining the added features of EBA to the characters of OTO 1.

There's was even a Japanese Nintendo event that unlocked the EBA/Divas as playable characters in this game. AR can also unlock them though.

Memorize the rhythm and play it thousands of times. You will eventually start getting better at it until you get the stage were you can do 9999999.

I also hear the song outside the game, but that is just me. It helped me to get the hang of it though.

When I play it I normally have it sit like how it is on the video (I don't hold my DS). To make the spin that fast I rotate the Stylus on the center of the circle and spin the fastest I can, while having my hand pressed against the table. Works pretty well.
