I love how many bash Cartoon Network for thier desisions yet if they actually THINK, they will realize Nickelodeon is a sitcom for kids network that puts its actual cartoons on at the eearly morning excapt spongebob and how disney is basicaly the same thing but all it has is Phineas and Ferb.

The only other networks competing are Disney XD (because of stuff like American dragon, Naruto, and Upcoming Spider-man show.), comedy central (Futurama, South park) and Fox (Family guy, Simpsons)

@2071Johnny I just found this short to be rather dull, the voice acting poor. Regular Show has a pacing that can keep children interested while also not condescending. It takes its audience very seriously and doesn't leave time for plain exposition. The show feels that rather than TELL you, it needs to SHOW you, and it works wonderfully.

Wow I really liked this. The only problem I see is that generally all music heavy cartoons have a problem with keeping up with song quality. Generation O, Class of 3000, etc. The only exception is Phineas & Ferb and their songs are damn good.

@Jagged7Airship What's wrong about old school music? One must learn about the past before he can move on with the future. I like the Midnight Starr feel the music has.

Also, quit acting like funk and soul aren't two of the greatest genres of music ever. This show can apply to a much more broad audience than you think. People of all ages love colorful visuals, especially older people since they do have a psychedelic feel to them. And who doesn't love funk?

I, like many, agree this needs to be a series on tv soon. And Cartoon Network can have NOTHING to do with it.

They're already ruined the majority of the shows they've broadcasted, and have already decided to put up crap series to replace older (better) ones. If they handled this potential series, it'd be just another crappy Cartoon Network failure.
