Well the one way you know for sure thats not MPH is it's not possible to hang on at 299mph let alone turn at that speed like in this video! Plus no ZX10 can do 300mph. I would vote the video is real just misleading

I thought it might be fake too at first glance. But towards the end you can see the shadow's reflecting of the meter, it would not be worth to do all the video editing work for a one minute video. It is obviously in Km/hr though. Obviously he aint in America. Roshaun has a point also.
