A man is lamenting splitting up with his girlfriend, but is nonetheless tempted by other women. He describes being at the airport at the baggage carousel, being crowded and wishing he was well - you could interpret this as mental illness. A lot of good lyrics are open to interpretation - is this so difficult for you?
