Don't feel bad. Every note doesn't have to be absolutely perfect, just go with it like I do, keep the basic rhythm and beat, add fill in's. One way to beat this sucker is to imagine yourself to be Keith Moon, go crazy like he did! It seems to work for me ;)

And the #1 rule of drumming, "you have to like what you are drumming to", you have to feel the song, if you don't like the song subconsciously you won't want to try to perfect your playing.
