  • hey man, what do you think about MSI Twin Frozr III GTX 570?? can you review that??

  • I was thinking of getting the gtx 560 ti, but now i think i wanna get the 570, is it worth it?

  • @Quasar97 what for the gtx 670. I know that the gtx 680 is going to be 40% more powerful than the gtx 580. (note that those are X80's)

  • @Quasar97 IMO it is, if you get the GTX 570SC it performs as well as a GTX 580 and it's only $350

  • @struggle375 Do you think the gtx 570 is better for gaming then the msi gtx 570 twin frozr iii?

  • @L3gendaric I'm not sure whats so special about the msi version? it has 2 fans?

  • @struggle375 well it is the OC version, does that mean i can't oc it or?

  • @L3gendaric the OC version means the manufacturer sends it to you already overclocked, but you can OC more if you want. I ordered the EVGA GTX 570sc for $350 how much is the MSI?

  • @struggle375 340 ^^! could you pls tell me your complete setup? i'm buying a new rig (and i wanne play bf3 and other high end games). i had some ideas myself, but yesterday somebody told me my powersupply was not 'strong' enough :(

  • @L3gendaric

    EVGA GTX 570sc

    Intel Core i5 2500k 3.6GHz (Turbo)

Cooler Master Hyper 212+ (Two 120mm fans)

    NZXT M59 (Five 120mm fans)

    4GB Corsair RAM (Single channel)

    Windows 7 32-Bit

    Gigabyte Z68 Motherboard

    1366x768 Monitor (Upgrading soon)

    Coolmax 700Watt Modular PSU

  • @struggle375 yumyum in the bum

  • @helgastsalesman what?

  • how much power does this card take under a full load

  • Would this play Battlefield 2 on max settings?

  • @ApplicationAndroid Lol a ATI 4670 would run BF3 on low settings :D

  • @ApplicationAndroid I get to run Battlefield 3 max settings with this, don't know about battlefield 2, it's such a graphics intensive game!

  • @Dirxano Ok thank you and I meant to say Battlefield 3 and will it also run it in 3d?

  • @ApplicationAndroid Don't know about 3d, it would probably drop some fps.

  • @Dirxano What about if I get triple monitors, that aren't 3d?

  • @ApplicationAndroid Drops some fps in games like Crysis 2 or Battlefield 3, but with high resolutions I suggest you get the 2560 mb version of this card by EVGA, so your card won't have memory problems.

  • @Dirxano i wish there was a real 2,5 gig version of this card with a good quiet cooler. from msi for example. i dont realy like the EVGA plain rference designs.. :/

  • @galaxiesaver Yeah that would be awesome. But you can get easily an aftermarket cooler, if budget is not your problem.

  • @ApplicationAndroid LOL it would play bf3 on max settings

  • in the review "This is our full review to the newly released NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 1.25GB "

  • gtx 260 ftw 50+ fps in bf3 high settings.

  • wow, didn't know this had a great rep... I just ordered a cyber powerpc with this card and am so excited now.

  • my 570 temp is on 78 while playing bf3

  • I have a 570 and i7 3,4ghz and I get some stutter and lagg spikes in bf3 you know why? plz answer

  • @TheAzeDK i had 560ti and i5 3.3 quad, and i played it nicely without lag

  • I now know why he's so fidgety... Coke nail 0:23

  • It's definitely a great card, mine is the EVGA GTX 570 HD SD, I mainly use it for Microsoft Flight Simulator X which is more CPU than GPU bound, I can see how it uses all its power while running the program and just uses 40-50% of the available memory and temps go as high as 70ºC and as low as 41 in idle with 35ºC of ambient temp... the card has 2 fans and I only dislike thats its a bit noisy with fans runing at more than 50% of the maximun RPM.

  • just hold out until maxwell

  • @cssdoritocss

    i5 2500k , hd 6950 , 6 gb ddr3 1600Mhz ,

  • I'm a console player but I'm moving to pc just for arma 2 does anyone know a good setup for that game if I want to play medium/high with decent fps?

  • Should I upgrade my GTX 560 ( non-ti ) for this?

  • @SentToPrison I'd just get a second 560

  • @xRevelations1 as long as his board is capable of sli. if not, a gtx 570 might be a good choice.

  • I want a budget pc of 1000 euros and this is what I had in mind:

    Intel Core i7 950 3.06GHz

    ASUS Sabertooth X58 motherboard

    Corsair Vengeance 16 GB DDR3-1600 Quad-kit

    Nvidia GeForce GTX 570

Is this any good? Or do you guys have some comments on it? I would like to hear it :)

  • @TheNewbity ok, first off, i'm a noob in the way of computers, but i know that anything over 8 gb of RAM is overkill, and you'd be better off getting an i7-2600k instead

  • @cmtification Actually for some reason, the 16 gigs are on sale right now, about the same price as 8 gb's.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheNewbity take the intel core i7 2700k or 2600k (only 100MHz faster)with z68 motherboard (asus or gigbayte)and i dont think someone need 16 GB go with 12 or 8 GB

  • @TheNewbity

    Gtx 570 Superoverclocked

    Intel i5 2500k+ noctua nh-d14

    8G ram

ASUS P8P67 EVO should be a fine :)

  • @MsUnchart get the z68 chipset instead.can always do ssd caching if you have the budget in future.

  • @TheNewbity id stick to to an am3+ with bulldozer MB. it should be much cheaper and provides enough gaming speed at a lower price. 16gb are too muc i guess, 8 are fine. with this cash you should consider getting 2 gtx560 ti instead of one gtx 570. still your system would be top notch. (except for metro 2033, since in dx11 it remains a beast...)

  • Yaay I just bought this BITCH!!! However I done bought a Gigabyte superclocked version with a BAD ASSED MOTHA FUCKIN 3 FAN HEATSINK CUNTS!!!! Comes right out the box surpassing GTX 580 stock performance. Please let me iterate this to AMD fanboys. I love AMD. In fact I have owned nothing but Radeon cards for the past 6 years. B4 this I bought a 6950 w/ unlocked bios to 6970. This card smokes my 6970. It just per forms much better. I get much more stable framerates oh and PhysX is the shit

  • im thinking about getting a gaming laptop with this card is it that much better then the 560m? cuz theres a laptop with the 560m and its $100 cheaper

  • @Bluetibald

    Gaming laptops are bad

  • @Bluetibald The 570m is nowhere near the 570. They're not the same card. I almost bought a laptop. Would've spent 2400. Built my own desktop for 1000 and twice the performance.

  • got the HD SC edition, cant unpack it til christmas along with new corsair tx650 tho -__-

  • Is 1.2 gb enough????

  • is a 600 watt PSU ok for this? or a 750w?

  • @Rzryan93 600w will work fine for a single 570, but not for sli

  • @TheNvidiaradeon even with a cpu overclocked to 4.3? 2600k, just making sure :)

i also have about 5 fans plus a cooler master V8

  • @Rzryan93 yes you will be fine...just dont oc the gpu to high.

  • @Rzryan93 definately not

  • I want to buy this system but im not sure if i can handle all incoming games in the next 2 years or so, or even the games that are released nowadays, can someone with more computer skills than me tell me this ?

    Nvidia GTX570 1280MB

    Corsair Vengeance 16 GB DDR3-1600 Quad-Kit

    Asus AM3+ M5A97 PRO

    AMD Zambezi FX-8120, 3.1GHz

    850 wat power.

  • @Vlatsie Yeah, that should be fine for all games out today. The only thing that could use improvement is the processor. With those specs you should have no problem getting some really good performance from big games out right now, such as CODMW3, Battlefield 3, and Skyrim.

  • @guitarhero1777 Thanks for your reaction, i orderd it last night but im not to happy bout it haha, from what everbody is saying the intel proccesors are way better. oh well, enough time to buy one next year.

  • @Vlatsie get the i5 2500k instead if ur gonna game.

  • he put the shirt on lol

  • It's actually 1900 Memory Clock speed :)

  • @aerofannaforea The stock GTX 570 comes with 1900 but if you buy the MSI version (for example) it is over clocked to 3800

  • How do I check my temperatures?

  • @TheGowerPower1 download msi afterburner :)

  • @TheIndianPython or EVGA precision

    @TheGowerPower1

  • wich is best of geforce gtx 570 or xfx radeon 6950 2gb???

  • @0Gotland4Ever0 i would go with the 6950 I think its more expensive tho

  • Your hand movements while talking are funny :P

  • I was wondering what would be better to run? Running a GTX 570 or GTX 560 in Sli mode?

  • @jonesboyy93 sli. Its much better than the a single 570.

  • @jonesboyy93 I would get a single 570 and wait a few months as the 600 series is on its way.

  • how much better is this than two 5770's in crossfire?

  • This review is biased, There is no 6950 in there which actually is the competitor to GTX570

  • @lafanter The stock 570 is faster than the 6950 and nearly as fast as the 6970. In fact actual in game performance is better than the 6970 in a few games. I recently built my system and was really leaning towards a 6970 because of more vram and it is a bit faster. Then EVGA released a 2.5gb gtx570 which I bought and put in my build. I would say you could not go wrong with any one of them. I just bought the 570 because it is a very quiet card.

  • @averyneilson12 6950 beats the 570 in some games, loses in others. Depends on personal preference. I would say though that a 6970 beats a 570 in terms of a fair test platform, but you should see what you favourite games are optimised for and then choose :)

  • lol my temps on my sli gtx 570 on load are 42c and 39c:PP

    and are on air

  • @Pollack007 nope you are lieing (unless uve got aftermarket coolers)

  • @queenzortje im not want proof?

  • @Pollack007 with stock coolers its impossible

  • @queenzortje no its not. i got them at 75 fans speed and 8 120mm as intakes

  • Comment removed

  • This may sound like a nooby question but. I have an ATI 5770 1gb GDDR5 atm. I have a 350 watt power supply ( i know i will need to update it). I want to run the upcoming games, skyrim and battlefield 3 on full spec, although i know my current card will not. Will this card run them at the highest settings? Is it a large step up from my current card? And what power supply will i need ? thanks :)

  • whats a gtx 570

  • LOLdell

  • can I sli two 570's with a intel i5 2500k 3.3?? bottelneck>?

  • @jpcqw i have that and its running great for black ops metro2033 crysis 2 and bf3

  • i have a shitty ass case and i only run @ 70 71 with fan set @ 65%

    hell of a card..love it

  • he has a cocaine pinky nail 0:22

  • can any1 can give me a rommendated motherboard for

    GeForce GTX570

    AMD Phenom II X6 1100T

    GSkill Ripjaws 8gb ram

    and standard hard drive

    ?

  • @xRoccaTxLoL recommended :D

  • @xRoccaTxLoL : ASUS Crosshair IV Formula AM3 AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard. Overclocking made easy, great reviews, and a good deal over on Newegg.

  • METRIC SYSTEM RULES

  • thank you everyone who answered my question ^^ i`m less worried now

  • running a corsair 850 psu. reckon there would be any issues there power wise?

  • can i run a gtx 570 with 500w power supply

  • @kn1b1s95 It maxes out at about 400-415 watts on full load, which doesn't leave much juice for the rest of your system. Unless your PSU has a beefy 12v rail and super effecient cooling, I would not expect it to last long. An upgrade would probably be in your best interest. You could however, run a gtx560ti or standard version without any issue.

  • @kn1b1s95 HELL no

  • @Ikweh no, they are different gpus. If your looking to go dual, get two 6950s :)

  • can you mix a GTX 570 and GTX 470 together to max the performance? well it go well ? i mean buying two GTX 570 is expensive though :O

  • too much hand movement lol tripping me out! its way distracting LOL

  • i was wondering, can you put a gtx 570 AND a gtx 580 in one PC? Will they work together or will only one work?

  • @patka1982 GTX 580 only works with another 580 (any manufacturer) in sli. That's what it says on the Nvidia site.

  • ma porco dio!!!! possibile che non ci sia una recensione in ITALIANO e non sempre in sto kazzo di inglese????

  • testing 123

  • Wait wait wait...the GTX 570 has a lower score than the Radeon HD 6870 for Just Cause 2. Am I missing something here?

  • @IIxXGhostTrainXxII Certain cards are better than others for certain games.. Just cause always runs better on AMD cards while Dirt 2 and Dirt 3 is always better on NVIDIA.. It has to deal with Physx and how many steam processors it can use.. AMD always has a lot more and Just Cause 2 can utilize a ton

  • i just bought a GTX 570, i was playing for a few hours then i checked the tempeature, it was between 70º C - 80º C, is that too hot or is it normal?

  • @Alterach You are good Lil hot though just so it dosent rise above that.

  • @Alterach yes, depends on ur system cooling too.

  • @Alterach for hours of gaming with this monster card it is really normal!!! By the way the max temperature is 97°C!

  • @Alterach i heard it's best to go 75C and lower. im sure entiring sure what would happen if you play at 80~85C for 8 hours. Anyone knows ?

  • @Alterach Don't worry, it's totally normal for a GPU

  • @PorscheLover87 Same but Speedfan says its going to overheat

  • @PorscheLover87 I also bought a zotac gtx 570 but I couldn't keep my fingers on her! I think it was around 100°C! I know it's not normal. don't say it is. cause my CPU never goes above 40°C! Never. even in summer.

  • @PorscheLover87 Even when not playing games nor doing anything at all. what the problem is... probably the graphic card.

  • @Alterach I get max of 60 degrees playing Crysis and BF3 with the fans set to auto

  • @Alterach Normal, I get around 80-90 ºC with GTX 285. Fan set to auto.

  • @Alterach Normal, I get around 80-90 ºC with GTX 285. Fan set to auto.

  • @Alterach Normal. GPUs are less sensitive than CPUs. Although running cooler would be better for it.

  • Comment removed

  • @thebravefrenchi ??? idk where you got this information but it`s wrong :P

  • @Alterach I know it's wrong that 's why i removed it

  • @Alterach It is normal for the GTX 570, the GTX 560 i think gets up to 80-95º C sometimes

  • @Alterach now you can fry eggs on you gpu

  • @darjannp wow thank you, you`ve found a new purpose for my GPU! if it weren`r for you i`d still be frying eggs on a pan will you look at that...

  • @Alterach u mad bro? <3

  • @darjannp ? lol not really i was just joking...

  • @Alterach As long as you have the fan set to auto adjust I wouldn't worry at all about it. Especially if the temps idle at that on load.

I was thinking of buying this card, Could you tell me how loud the fan gets on yours while your running a high end game? Cheers.

  • @BlackPheonix81 it`s really quiet, even when i play battlefield 3 on ultra (max settings), by the way, it does run bf3 on ultra at around 40-70 FPS depending on the situation (open areas, indoors etc.) i love it and i would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a high end GPU that is gonna run every game out there at full settings without being as expensive as a gtx 580 or the dual gpu 590...

  • @Alterach Thanks a lot :) Didn't expect a reply.

I have an ATI 4870 at the moment and it get's VERY loud! Sick of it! xD

    Can't wait to get a GTX570 now. Thanks! :P

  • How can my ATI 4770 stil play ALL games in full settings with 72 resulotion

just tested Dead Island full graphics and the average fps was 79 and never under 74 fps

why buy a crappy nvidia card when you can buy awesome ATI :D

  • @guvenator 720p

  • @guvenator

yeah, try on FULL HD crysis with AA

    nvidia>amd

  • What's the song name??? 1:59 fucking awesome!

  • wow 400$ is the cheapest in my country going for the sapphire 6870 flex it's 250$

    the 6950 is 300-330$

  • Comment removed

  • Newegg had a recertified 570 for 199$. I waited before buying it. It's out of stock now indefinitely.

    FML!

  • does anyone think this, along with a intel core i7 processor would run bf3 on maybe high settings?

  • @PAVI259 You'll be laughing on high settings, you might even get max with a decent framerate.

  • @Thegrandhighoracle ahhh yeah and one more question, at the moment i have an nvidia geforce gtx 460m.....will that be able to do anything or should i upgrade?

  • @PAVI259 You probably won't play BF3 very well with that.

  • @Thegrandhighoracle damn it haha i just got a new "up to date" gaming laptop figurin i could play anything that came out this year....oh well

  • @Thegrandhighoracle sorry to keep bothering but i have one last question! will this card fit inside of an asus g73sw laptop?

  • @PAVI259 No problem, I don't mind.

And I'm not sure. It very well might not. I recommend going desktop, you'll save a ton of money.

  • @Thegrandhighoracle ok ive decided to go with desktop when i next upgrade cuz pretty much every graphics card for laptops only come in specific laptops so i have to buy a whole new one if i want to play bf3. would u recommend a single geforce gtx 580 or duel radeon 6950's?

  • @PAVI259 The dual 6950s will be faster, but more expensive.

  • @PAVI259 Get a single 580. Nvidia cards are better on Battlefield games and when the prices drop on the 580, you can get another one for SLI.

  • hey i got the couch you are sitting on..thinks so...

  • also i herd that indeed BF3 used 580 for last fixed runs and of course on max so im figuring that this should deff push BF3 at least 50 FPS at 1080i and not overclocked...and also u can hit 900mhz clock on core lots of OC head room....source was from my steam guy!

  • one of the better reviewing sources ive came across, awaiting my 570 and can not wait!

  • i have 2 9600 gt cards would it be worth upgrading to this card?

  • @kalvric of course bro, don't think it twice! :)

  • @kalvric Yes. :P

  • can somebody could tell me if this card would be good for battlefield 3??

  • @978alex978 very, should run it on high settings easily enough

  • @978alex978 ya i wanna know if this will be good for BF3 also because I am thinking about getting this as an upgrade for it.

  • would it be worth it to upgrade from gtx 275 FTW edition to gtx 570 superclocked?

  • @alex217c You will have double the gpu power, more Vram, DX11 and all its features like tessellation ect. If you play the latest games & better gaming experience is important to you by all means go for it. Its a great card and being an owner of one i feel it was worth every penny :D

  • will this run battlefield 3 1080p on max settings on above 30fps?

  • @Alterach I hope so cause im getting this card

  • @TheTikiman92 just bought it today, but i think overall it will run smoothly :D

  • @Alterach how do you like it so far? can u run current games on max?

  • @Alterach sorry i bought it online, it hasn't arrived yet but i'll be sure to tell you what this card can do when it gets here.

  • @Alterach

I think it definitely should run BF3 maxed out no probs.

Ive heard rumors that BF3 Thunder Run trailer was played on a GTX580 whilist recording with fraps and getting 60+!

  • I'm thinking of getting either this or the 580 but I am looking to save the extra ££££ if I can. Is the 580 worth the extra £100?

  • @lancsno1 its 15 percent performance increase so I would say no, I just bought the 570 aswell :)

  • @dave5785568 Sweet man I ordered mine today along with the rest of my component, cant wait! The new Battlefield 3 trailer makes it even better knowing I will be able to run it smoothly and look incredible at same time.

  • im Getting The GTX 570 Sli Soon
