  • great memories

  • Thanks planetolusola. But are we also to expect a cayalogue album?

  • @barrys2020 Not sure. You can read more about their upcoming plans at the link in my video description.

  • Planet olusola, can you advise them to release a catalogue album . Or probably, the record company holds all the rights? They will probably sell a million copies in New York alone!

    Beautiful.

  • @barrys2020 The Lijadu sisters will be coming out with an album in 2011.

  • OMG.

  • Wow! Brings back memories of my late mother, she loved the Sisters music influenced by the fact that they were class mates @ school, sweet memories.

  • We enjoyed this song in the early 80's,even had it for cultural dance, may God bless them, they should leave America and come down naija jo,no place like home.

  • WOWWWWWWWW..... I remeber singing this lyrics in my childhood... didnt even know it was released in an ablum... i love niaj.. i miss my childhood... noooo i wish i can go back...

  • pleaseeee i want the lyrics big thanks to the uploader

  • Erykah Badu would have felt more welcome & hospitable during her short visit to Lagos if Lijadu sisters were still in the picture - musical arena, suffice, she would have been more pleased to meet with Orisabunmi, the likes of Mrs. Duro Ladipo & Prof. Jimi Solanke, etc. I am quite sure Lijadu sisters could help Erykah Badu solve her ancestrial curiosity - no other ancestrial finding could signify much better than meeting with these sisters to re-ignite her African link or root.... Well, Asa!

  • l wish my daughter was born the time this song was reighning - it was a monster hit then. 1 was just 13 yrs old, full of life & energy! Thanks to planetolusola!!! This was my best track , well composed with grassroot melody......

This song is enough to provoke the demise of Notorious BIG from the grave & orchestrates the remix of "orere Eleijigbo" same as he did remix of "Mtune - Juicy"

Somewhat, l have found the same patterns, themes (common affinity) with the way Erykah Badu (Baduism).
